Today, we join the Bryant family in mourning the passing of Apostle Robert.

Our hearts are deeply saddened by this news. We thank God for the privilege of having shared fellowship with him.

He served the Lord faithfully, loved God's people sincerely, and carried a passion for the Gospel that touched lives wherever he ministered.

While we grieve his departure, we take comfort in the blessed hope that he is now in the presence of the Savior he served so faithfully.

"Well done, good and faithful servant." — Matthew 25:23

On behalf of LBC Kenya, we extend our heartfelt prayers and condolences to the Robert's family. May the Lord grant them strength, comfort, and peace in this difficult season.

Kenya is weeping.Our hearts are deeply broken following the tragic fire incident at Utumishi Girls Academy that has claimed the lives of at least 16 young girls and left many others injured.

As the Body of Christ, we mourn with every family, every parent and every student affected by this painful tragedy. These precious young girls were full of purpose, destiny and God given potential.

In moments like this, the Church must rise in prayer. We pray for supernatural comfort upon every grieving family, healing upon every injured student and peace upon the entire school community.

May the Lord stretch forth His hand over the young generation of Kenya. May He preserve our sons and daughters from tragedy, darkness and destruction.

This is a moment for the nation to seek God with sincerity and humility.

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Psalm 147:3

On Sunday after service, what began as a simple visit turned into a beautiful moment of fellowship and thanksgiving in the Lord.

I was grateful to spend time with our pastor from LBC Owade and his wonderful family. Though it was not something planned, God allowed us to share moments of encouragement, joy and precious fellowship together.

Wtnessing the warmth, unity and grace of God upon the family was truly a blessing to my heart.

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.” Psalm 133:1.

To God alone be all the glory.

Prayer is the place where weakness exchanges for strength, fear bows to faith and impossibilities surrender to the power of God.

In our morning devotion it was a reminder that prayer is not our last option, it is our lifeline to heaven. When the church prays, chains break, hearts awaken and God reveals His power.
