The Most Holy Trinity (Solemnity)

Reading 1

Exodus 34:4-6, 8-9

4So Moses cut two tables of stone like the first; and he rose early in the morning and went up on Mount Sinai, as the LORD had commanded him, and took in his hand two tables of stone. 5And the LORD descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD. 6The LORD passed before him, and proclaimed, “The LORD, the LORD, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness, 8And Moses made haste to bow his head toward the earth, and worshiped. 9And he said, “If now I have found favor in thy sight, O Lord, let the Lord, I pray thee, go in the midst of us, although it is a stiff-necked people; and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for thy inheritance.”

Psalm

Daniel 3:52-55

52“Blessed art thou, O Lord, God of our fathers, and to be praised and highly exalted for ever; 54Blessed art thou in the temple of thy holy glory and to be extolled and highly glorified for ever. 55Blessed art thou, who sittest upon cherubim and lookest upon the deeps, and to be praised and highly exalted for ever. 56Blessed art thou upon the throne of thy kingdom and to be extolled and highly exalted for ever.

2 Corinthians 13:11-13

11Finally, brethren, farewell. Mend your ways, heed my appeal, agree with one another, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you. 12Greet one another with a holy kiss. 13All the saints greet you.

Gospel

John 3:16-18

16For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17For God sent the Son into the world, not to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him. 18He who believes in him is not condemned; he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

4th June Saints Celebrations

Today the Church honors a group of saints who came from different corners of the world, yet lived with one burning desire — to serve God with their whole heart.

In Italy, a nobleman named St. Francis Caracciolo was miraculously healed from a deadly illness in his youth. Moved by gratitude, he gave up worldly ambitions and co-founded the Clerics Regular Minor, a congregation rooted in adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and care for the poor. Francis spent hours before the Eucharist, often caught up in spiritual ecstasy, and became known for his deep humility, despite his noble roots. He died at just 44, leaving behind a legacy of Eucharistic love and priestly renewal.

Far away in 5th-century Brittany, a noblewoman from Wales — St. Ninnoc — answered a quiet call from God. She crossed the sea to build a monastery and a life of contemplation and service. Known for her care of women, love for nature, and the symbolic tale of a stag seeking protection at her feet, Ninnoc lived a life of gentle strength, reminding the world that true holiness is nurturing and rooted in peace.

Meanwhile, on the rocky coast of Cornwall, another noble-born woman, St. Buriana, embraced solitude and mission. She healed the paralyzed son of a local king and became a light of healing, prayer, and evangelization in a wild land. Her name still echoes in the village of St. Buryan, where she is remembered as a hermit-saint who brought the Gospel through compassion.

In the East, the aged St. Metrophanes of Constantinople stood at the dawn of a new Christian era. Though too frail to attend the First Council of Nicaea in 325, he sent a delegate in his place — showing us that wisdom and leadership aren’t measured by physical strength, but by faithfulness. As the first Patriarch of Constantinople, he helped lay the early foundations of the Church in the imperial city.

🌟 One Feast, Many Paths

These saints never met, lived in different centuries, and served in vastly different ways — as priest, abbess, hermit, and bishop. Yet their lives were united by a single mission: to make Christ known through prayer, service, and courage.

They remind us that there is no one way to be a saint. Whether you're leading, healing, praying, or simply being faithful in weakness — you, too, are on holy ground.

"Different voices. One Gospel. Many paths. One Kingdom."

God bless you all

First Reading
ISAIAH 53:10-11
10Yet it was the will of the LORD to bruise him; he has put him to grief; when he makes himself an offering for sin, he shall see his offspring, he shall prolong his days; the will of the LORD shall prosper in his hand; 11he shall see the fruit of the travail of his soul and be satisfied; by his knowledge shall the righteous one, my servant, make many to be accounted righteous; and he shall bear their iniquities.
Responsorial Psalm
PSALMS 33:4-5, 18-20, 22
4For the word of the LORD is upright; and all his work is done in faithfulness. 5He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of the LORD. 18Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love, 19that he may deliver their soul from death, and keep them alive in famine. 20Our soul waits for the LORD; he is our help and shield. 22Let thy steadfast love, O LORD, be upon us, even as we hope in thee.
Second Reading
HEBREWS 4:14-16
14Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15For we have not a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. 16Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

MARK 10:35-45
35And James and John, the sons of Zeb'edee, came forward to him, and said to him, "Teacher, we want you to do for us whatever we ask of you." 36And he said to them, "What do you want me to do for you?" 37And they said to him, "Grant us to sit, one at your right hand and one at your left, in your glory." 38But Jesus said to them, "You do not know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I drink, or to be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized?" 39And they sa
