You know the most popular song; "MY WAY" I DID IT MY WAY. Regrets, I've had a few but then again to few to mention wow, when we sing this, very touching. but today let us change this and sing it "I DID IT HIS{GOD's} WAY!!"

It is much admirable for you if you did it His{GOD's} way! Level up, because life is such a chasuble me and my way. Lord, you are bigger than my way, You are the Way, you are the Truth and the Life.

We have accomplished a lot. We have done a lot. But did we do it God's way? Was His mission, our mission? Was His vision, our vision

𝐿𝑒𝓉 𝒾𝓉 𝓅𝓁𝒶𝓎

Maybe you still have one with you right now. Take a moment to look at a cassette player/recorder and you will see the following buttons: PAUSE, STOP/EJECT, FORWARD, REWIND, PLAY, RECORD.

The problem with many of us is that we keep on pressing the FORWARD and REWIND buttons in our life, and that is the reason why we do not PLAY wonderful music. Let it play, and let God PLAY in your life!

As the Blessed Mother said: "Thy will be done!" LET IT PLAY! And please do not forget the button PAUSE - take time to PRAY. As for the button STOP/EJECT, that is not for you to touch. That is reserved for God. He holds the RECORD button, too, do not forget that.

Lord, help me not to interfere with Your plans. Let Your plans play... let Your will be done in my life. Amen.

Today, the Catholic Church celebrates the Memorial of the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary. We believe that Mary is Queen, as she is the Mother of our Lord and King, Jesus Christ. As the Mother and Queen, she teaches us to "let it play"... God's will be done always and in all ways.

Help us, Lord!

Some years ago, I saw an interesting picture of a groom and his bride kneeling before the altar on their wedding day. Unknown to the groom, his buddies wrote on the sole of his left shoe the letters “HE,” and on his right shoe were the letters “LP,” that, when put together, read HELP!

In today’s Gospel (Matthew 15:21-28), Jesus marveled at the Canaanite woman who had great faith in believing that her daughter will be healed. She reminds us today of the most simple, and the most beautiful prayer: “Lord, help me.”

We need God’s help. When we forget God, refuse to call on Him, and begin to take matters into our hands, we lose our way. May we never forget: There is a God, and you’re not him. We need God to help us—heal, enlighten, lead, and protect us.

HEAL. We need God’s healing. We need restoration of our bodies from sickness. We need emotional healing and spiritual healing as well. And we need healing in our relationships. Prayer and faith in God can heal us of our brokenness. In humility, we come to our Lord and humbly pray: “Heal me O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise.” (Jeremiah 17:14)

ENLIGHTEN. Many of us carry burdens and heavy loads as we journey on. The burden of work and daily life struggles, the presence of negative emotions in our hearts and in our relationships, the presence of evil, temptations, and falls in our spiritual journey make our path dark, lonely, and scary. We need the Lord to remind us that we are not alone, and that, we should not go it alone. We come to the Lord today and listen to His words: “Come to me all you who are tired and heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

LEAD. We need someone to lead us and show us the way. There is so much noise and rush all around us, and we need someone to guide and instruct us, lest we lose our way. Yes, we need Him to lead us back when we follow our wants, desires, and vanity because of our selfishness and pride. Yes, we need the Lord especially when we fall, so that we can rise, and follow Him again. Today, we listen to the Lord’s words: “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” (John 14:6)

PROTECT. It is the Lord who is our shield from all that would harm us. It is so necessary to be by His side where we are safe. He is our refuge and strength, and He has assured us that He will not abandon us, as a shepherd tends and protects his flock. Yes, He is with us always and in all ways! “Though I walk in the valley of darkness and in the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and staff they comfort me.” (Psalm 23:4)

Trust more, worry less.
Pray more, think less.
Smile more, frown less.
Amen!

BLOATED

In one party I attended, I met this guy who was highly opinionated and who had such a big ego. He kept talking about himself, his achievements and what people say about him. I just kept quiet, listening to his monologue. After some moments, he sort of noticed that he was monopolizing the conversation, and so he tells me, "Oh, how about you Timothy... what can you say, about me?!"

Wow! For some people it's just really I, me, and myself all the way!

Lord, help me to realize that there's more to this world than I, me, and myself. Amen.

4H FOR PEACE

For a peaceful life, don't forget these four H's:

Honesty.
Yes, honesty is still the best policy. An
honest person is a person at peace.

Humility.
A person finds peace and contentment when he has no airs about himself, when he knows and accepts himself and does not pretend to be something or someone else.

Hard Work.
There is no substitute for hard work. You know how empty it feels to be all form and no substance. Are you hard working or hardly working?

Holiness.
Follow God's ways and you will have peace. Turn away from God and you will never find
peace.

And one more H - Humor!
Don't take yourself too seriously. Smile, laugh, and, with childlike confidence trust in our loving Father, who has a terrific sense of humor.

Lord, remind me always to go back to the heart, and there find You. Amen.
