Happy Redemption season.A season where we remember what Jesus did for us at the cross as we reflect and purpose to align accordingly in obedience.Jesus Christ being the gift of love and forgiveness to man,lets purpose to forgive our offenders and show the love of God to another.Lets also go an extra mile and share the gospel to the lost.

Every thing we need in life is always before us wrapped up in doors or double doors called gates.In support of our victory,God gave us keys and our engagements determines which doors we exit or which doors we enter.However,some of this keys given to us do not look like keys thats why discernment is a necessity daily.One of the universal keys is the key of service.Who we serve and how we serve determines our height in life.Jesus demonstrated how to engage the key of service by descending from his throne to serve man and even after He ascended,He still continues to serve us through intercession.What complete service is faithfullness because not all conditions will be condusive environment for service but the knowledge of who we are serving should keep us serving even in harsh conditions.Faithful servants are always rewarded here on earth and even in heaven.Faithful servants are those who never stop serving nomatter what they are going through because they know that the one they serve is not a man to lie.The gauge for faithful service is not in ubundance of resourses but in the scarcity of resources.Service is also the greatest form of inheritance that one can pass to his generations because who you serve today determines who serves your children tomorrow.Service is also a great seed that yields plenty of fruits.Greatness is measured in who we serve and not in who serves us.

Matt.16.19 - And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."

Reflection question

1. Are you serving or are you being served?
2. Is your service today a burden or a priviledge?
3. How loaded is your service bank?

🤝 The quickest way to move from where you are to where you want to be is to serve and the quickest way to remain stagnant is to wait for the one to serve you.

The reason why God delivers us is that we may remain in His presence.He does deliverance by delivering our souls from death,our eyes from tears and our feet from stumbling.

Ps.116.8 For you, O LORD, have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling, (NIV)
Ps.116.9 that I may walk before the LORD in the land of the living. (NIV)

🙏 may God deliver your soul from death,your eyes from tears and your feet from stumbling in the name of Jesus Christ.May God keep you jelously in His presence all the days of your life in the name of Jesus Christ.

Being strong in the Lord doesn't mean the absence of challenges but the ability to keep our focus on God in the midst of challenges.It is our positioning in God that we see challenges as stepping stones rather than obstacles.It is true challenges will always be there as a sign of growth but how we rise ubove them is by being strong in the Lord.It is true we may have lost many things but as long as we have our breathe,lets channel our praises to God from whom we draw our strength.

Eph.6.10 - Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

The greatest enemy to our love for Jesus is the love for things.How we use the things that God gives us to help the children of God that cannot help us in return is what reveals our love for Christ.How we withhold help from the children of God that God exposes their need to us is what reveals our love for things.Things that God gives us are for advancing His kingdom and the moment we realise that we are just stewards,the quicker we detach from things and assume our position of faithfulness knowing that we all give account for all that was given to us.The best test for our love for Christ can be seen in the answer we give to the following question,

If all the things we have are taken away,will we still be in love with God? Let Job be our lesson today,Imagine loosing all things but his love for God remained intact?

Whoever takes an upper position has dominion advantage and in order to rein in life God gave us a sitting with Christ that is birthed out of relationship with Him.This consciousness is what gives us an upper hand over the devil.The devil out of frustration and pain seeks to dicieve people from their position of power.Embracing the truth of God's Word is what positions us ubove reproach and control of the devil.Keeping our minds in Christ is the only way we remain in power and authority.

Eph.2.6 And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, (NIV)

Many are times we miss to benefit from people because we evaluate them based on their looks and their possessions.Understanding that people are systems and one can only discern this systems by observing what happens to them when a person came to their lives.The container may not be attractive but when we see the value in the content, it should motivate us to upgrade the container.Mis - handling the container causes us to miss its content.The value we give to the container brings us closer to the content.The slave boy in Joseph was the container while the prime minister was the content.Imagine one who dishonoured the slave boy only to meet the prime minister later.The needs in people are the greatest investment now because once they are out of need,our help is not needed.The best way to know people is to ask God to reveal the people in His view.Portifer saw beyond the slave boy and that caused him to entrust Joseph with all his posssession because he was able to recognise the increase that happened to him when Joseph joined him.The moment portifer lost Joseph is the last time his name was mentioned.May God help us to discern beyond the looks and challenges to see and treat people by the systems they present.

2Cor.5.16 So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. (NIV)

What a priviledge to know that God is my keeper who ensures that nomatter what i go through, my bones are intact and not even a finger is broken.God is such a good keeper that He does not sleep nor slumber just to ensure my safety.Knowing that keeping me is covenanted by God, gives me peace of mind and leads me to abide in thanksgiving.

Ps.34.20 He's your bodyguard, shielding every bone; not even a finger gets broken. (MSB)

If God did not spare His son but delivered Him up for us all,then i refuse to give doubt the space to hinder me from recieving anything i want through Christ Jesus.All i need is in Christ Jesus and all i need to recieve is to take my right place in Christ.

Rom.8.32 - He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

Whatever and whoever we look up to, determines what happens to us and how we look like.When we look up to God,two things happens,our countenance radiates and shame dissappears from our faces.A shinning countenance can never be ignored and the glory of God chases away shame making us visible to all our opportunities before us.Just like the moon has no its own light, but its shinning is connected to its gaze upon the sun,so are we,we dont have our own light but looking unto Jesus is what gives us light making us the light of the world.

Ps.34.5 - They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces were not ashamed.
