𝘚𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘥𝘢y 18𝘵𝘩 𝘈𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘭 2026 | 𝘚𝘵. 𝘗𝘢𝘶𝘭'𝘴 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘩, 𝘒𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘦

What a day! The ACK Diocese of Kitale Diocesan Youth Rally was nothing short of ELECTRIC! Close to 𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝘀 drawn from across the diocese converged at St. Paul's Parish Kitale for a powerful day of praise, worship, prayer, revival, fellowship and fun! 🎶🙏✨
The rally was graciously hosted by the 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗔𝗬𝗢 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻, 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀 𝗢𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗶, alongside 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗢𝗱𝗵𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼, AYO of Kitale Urban Archdeaconry, who ably stepped up on behalf of the DYO. A true demonstration of servant leadership! 👏

🎤 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫: 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻
Dr. Said Benjamin delivered a life-changing message under the theme 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘖𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 — a timely, Spirit-charged word that called the youth of this diocese to rise beyond mediocrity, embrace their God-given identity, and press forward into the fullness of who God has called them to be. The young people were stirred, challenged and ignited! 🔥

Friday 6th February, kicked off with our Diocesan Youth Ministry Council's first meeting of the year, and trust us - the plans we've laid out are FIRE! 🎉

Shoutout to the DYO Rev. Brian Kimtai and Chairman Rev. Barnabas Ochami for leading the charge as we mapped out a year packed with incredible activities, connections, and opportunities for our young people.

The Anglican Diocese of Kitale Youth Ministry held a spirit-filled Thanksgiving Service on Saturday, 1st November 2025, at St. Luke’s Cathedral, Kitale, celebrating God’s faithfulness under the theme “Ebenezer – Thus far the Lord has helped us” (1 Samuel 7:12).
The DYO, Rev. Brian Kimtai, led the service and highlighted great milestones in leadership, ministry engagement, and growth. Ven. Ben Barasa, the main speaker, urged young people to “set up their Ebenezers” — spiritual reminders of God’s help — by turning fully to God, trusting His will, embracing Christ as their cornerstone, and maintaining personal altars of prayer.
The service was vibrant with praise, worship, and testimonies as youths from across the Diocese rejoiced in God’s goodness.
We thank every youth, leader, and clergy member who attended and supported this Thanksgiving Service. Your participation made it a memorable celebration of faith and unity.
Now, our eyes are set on the next big gathering — the Annual Diocesan Youth Conference, coming up from 16th to 20th December 2025 at Kaptama, in Mt. Elgon Archdeaconry. Let’s prepare prayerfully and expectantly as we continue declaring: “Ebenezer! Thus far the Lord has helped us.”
