STRENGTHENING THE CHURCH
Acts 15:41
And he was traveling through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.

Leaders must commit themselves to strengthening of God's Church, especially new churches. This can be through teaching sound doctrine and exposing heresy, encouraging believers to endure hardship/persecution and being an example to God's people in patience, love and good works among other things.
