Matthew 11:28–30
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

🔥 4 Powerful Points
1. A burden is not a sign of defeat.
You can be carrying a heavy load and still have God’s strength within you.
2 Corinthians 4:8–9 — “Troubled on every side, yet not distressed… cast down, but not destroyed.”
2. Take your burdens to Jesus.
Jesus does not reject the tired and brokenhearted; He calls them to Himself and promises rest.
Matthew 11:28 — “Come unto me… and I will give you rest.”
3. Let Jesus carry what you cannot carry.
Stop trying to handle everything by your own strength. Give your burdens to God.
Psalm 55:22 — “Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee.”
