Nehemiah 6:1–8
When Nehemiah's enemies heard that he was rebuilding the wall, they repeatedly invited him to meet with them to distract and harm him. Nehemiah refused, saying he was doing an important work and could not stop. His enemies then spread false accusations against him, but Nehemiah remained focused and trusted God.
Main Points
1.Stay focused on God's assignment
Don't let distractions pull you away from your purpose.
2.Discern harmful intentions
Not every invitation or opportunity is beneficial.
3.Ignore false accusations
Keep doing what is right even when others speak against you.
4.Persevere despite opposition
Challenges often come when you are making progress.
5.Trust God for strength
Nehemiah relied on God to continue the work.
