KEEP MOVING

Key Text: Philippians 3:12–14

Philippians 3:12–14

Paul redirected brothers and sisters in Philippi not to focus on his external achievements, because he still had a goal which he was still straining reach.

We too must have a goal — because we were not created just to eat, sleep, and then die. God created us for a purpose , for something greater.

Don’t be content with what you have, who you are, or what people say.

No matter what you’ve achieved, keep pressing on to higher heights.

Don’t stagnate or remain in one place forever.

Even a small step forward is a step forward.

keep moving — keep going.

✔️ God leads the righteous from glory to glory.
✔️ Their journey becomes clearer, brighter, and better.

Even when clouds cover the sun, they cannot stop it from rising.

And the cloud won’t last forever — it will pass.

In the same way, challenges may come — in business, in family, or in life — but they are not permanent.

Proverbs 4:18
As long as you’re righteous, the light God has placed on your path will keep shining brighter and brighter.

What you’re facing is temporary — your path is destined to shine to the full light of day.

If you want to reach your goal, forget what happened.

Forget the clouds of life.

Don’t let them slow you down or hinder you.

Psalm 84:5–7

If you’re righteous, you must go from glory to glory, from strength to strength there is no reverse gear

Unless you backslide, growth is your portion.

Pastor Rose loved the part where the sons of Korah said, “as they pass through the Valley of Baca, springs come.”

This means that as righteous people passing through challenges, we overcome.

We don’t die there we emerge victorious.

And our testimony becomes a spring for others still in their valleys.

Great things are seen when we keep moving.

Hebrews 10:38–39

And Scripture is clear.God is not pleased, not delighted, and has no pleasure in us if we shrink back .

That means we have no other option but to press on.

We must keep moving, keep going, and keep walking by faith because shrinking back is not our portion.

We belong to those who believe, those who advance, those who grow, and those who keep going until the goal is reached.

For us, there is no reverse gear only forward, only progress.

Part 2: Channels Through Which Fear Enters Our Mind

Text: Mark 9:23

> “Everything is possible for one who believes.”

Introduction

In Part One, Pastor Rose reminded us that fear is one of the greatest enemies to our progress. Many times, it is not our background, competitors, or circumstances stopping us but *FEAR*

Fear doesn’t appear suddenly; it enters through specific channels. What you allow through these channels determines whether you walk in faith or in fear.

The Three Channels that fear enters our mind👇🏽
Channels through which fear is transmitted to our mind

1. Eyes — The Window 👇🏽
It's said eyes are windows to our brain

Train your eyes to see good things.
What you look at repeatedly shapes your thoughts, your expectations, and your faith.
If your eyes stay on problems, # obstacles n hindrances fear grows.
If your eyes stay on # seeing opportunity in every circumstance, faith rises.
Words can build or break

2. Ears —

Just as radio waves transmit voices and we cannot see the person speaking though we hear, that’s how your ears receive words that go directly into your mind.
# It's upon one to choose, what to enter his/ her mind.

3. Tongue —

Proverbs 18:21
“The tongue has the power of life and death.”

Your words don’t just describe your life they create it.

Numbers 14:27–28
[27] “How long will this wicked community grumble against me? I have heard the complaints of these grumbling Israelites.
[28] So tell them, ‘As surely as I live,’ declares the Lord, ‘I will do to you the very thing I heard you say.’”

God declares that what His people speak is what He will allow to happen.
What you say is exactly what your mind receives and even God responds to your confession.

Key Note

Teach your tongue to speak positivity.
Your words are powerful and creative.
What you say shapes your mind.
When your tongue speaks life, your spirit gains strength.
When you speak faith, your heart fills with hope.
When you speak possibilities, your mind begins to believe.
Measure everything through the lens of God’s Word.

Action Plan

Speak possibilities, not impossibilities.
Speak success, not failure.
Speak victory, not defeat.
Speak opportunities, not obstacles.
