1. Ezra 10:4 “Rise up…take courage and do it.”
A great verse for those that need motivation, sometimes it takes a little grit and courage to get through things. God will help you find the courage you need to take on the challenges that lay ahead.

Galatians 5:1
For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery. Look: I, Paul, say to you that if you accept circumcision, Christ will be of no advantage to you. I testify again to every man who accepts circumcision that he is obligated to keep the whole law. You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace. For through the Spirit, by faith, we ourselves eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness.

Today A Prayer For Daily Strength
Father, we look to You this day to bring us word of Your unfailing love, for we have put our trust in You. You are our strength every morning and our security at night. Your steadfast love reaches to the heavens and Your faithfulness fills the skies. There is no one like You that provides for our every need. You are our salvation in times of distress, so it is under Your protective wings that we find refuge and safely abide. Amen.

You have to start accepting yourself right where you are, faults and all. You are not a finished product.God is the potter; you are the clay. He’s still working on you. As long as your heart is turned toward God, He’s going to keep working with you.

The Bible is the Word of God. It is the Old Testament and the New Testament the old covenant and the new covenant. The old covenant is the creation; it is God's chosen people and their history; it is the laws; it is the sacrifice to God of the blood of animals; it is the stubbornness of His people and their continued defiance; it is God's wrath. The new covenant is God's love and forgiveness; it is Jesus Christ's blood instead of animal blood to forgive us of our sins; it is accepting Jesus Christ as our savior, to be born again, and have eternal life through him; it is replacing our conscience with the Holy Spirit; it is judgment day.

How do I make Jesus Lord of my life?"

The key is understanding that Jesus is already Lord of your life. We do not make Jesus Lord. Jesus is Lord . What we are supposed to do is submit to His lordship. Another word for our response to Jesus’ Lordship is “submission. To submit is to yield to the will and control of another, and, with reference to Christians, it is yielding to the will and control of Jesus Christ. This means that when Scripture commands believers to love one another (John 15:17) that is what is to be done. It means that when Scripture says we are not to commit adultery or steal ( Exodus 20:14-15 ), these things are not to be done. It should be understood that submission, or obedience to the commands of God, is related to Christian growth and maturity, and is not related to becoming a Christian. A person becomes a Christian by faith alone in Christ apart from works (Ephesians2:8-9 ).

The times we live in are difficult and a lot of us pass the day just hoping for the strength to get through it. There seems to be so much to do and so little time to get it all done. It is a financial struggle just to make ends meet and the future holds uncertainty. Sickness and trouble are everywhere making it difficult to stand and believe. Marriages and relationships are being attacked and addictions increase as truth is thrown to the ground.Through it all we become so weary and wonder if God is really with us in the storm.God is with us and he does care about our pain. He has promised through his word to be our strength in all of our trials and sorrows.

In 2 Chronicles 16:9 of Scripture we read, “For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him” . The battles of this world belong to the Lord and he is able to keep us in the victory that was won by the cross of Christ.
Amen!!!

Rev 3:8
I know all the things you do, and I have opened a door for you that no one can close. You have little strength, yet you obeyed my word and did not deny me.
