STAND IN THE TRUTH

“Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth…” — Ephesians 6:14 (NKJV)

Today, we are reminded that in a world full of confusion, compromise, and deception, the child of God must stand firm in the truth of God’s Word. The truth is not just a principle—it is a Person: Jesus Christ, the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6).

Truth holds everything together. It protects. It anchors.
When the enemy brings lies, fear, or doubt—stand in the truth.
When the world shifts and people change—stand in the truth.
God’s Word is forever settled in heaven. Let it be settled in your heart.

May the Lord strengthen you today to walk in truth, speak the truth in love, and remain faithful to the truth—no matter the cost.

Today is a gift from God, filled with new mercies and fresh grace. Whatever burdens you carry, remember that His love is constant, His promises are sure, and His faithfulness never fails.

Let us walk humbly today, trusting in His goodness and extending His love to those around us.

What a Sunday at Simple Faith Church!

Yesterday’s service was a powerful reminder that God meets us right where we are—but loves us too much to leave us there. The message challenged us to consider the spiritual weight we carry and how Christ calls us to lay it down, walk in truth, and grow into wholeness. The worship, the Word, and the fellowship—each part stirred our hearts to pursue the freedom that only Jesus can bring.

Testimony of the Day:
One of our members shared how, for years, they tried to "fix" everything in their life—relationships, emotional wounds, and even their view of themselves—through self-effort. But it wasn't until they surrendered their pain to Christ that healing began. “I always thought faith meant pushing harder. Now I know faith means trusting deeper.” That shift changed everything.

As we continue into the week, may we remember: healing is not found in striving but in surrender. God is faithful to restore what’s broken, strengthen what’s weak, and redeem what seems lost.

Beloved, in seasons where life feels dry and the soul weary, let us take heart in God’s unfailing promise. He sees our thirst and our parched places, and He responds with abundance—pouring out His Spirit upon us and extending His blessings to our children. As we continue to walk in faith, may we trust that the Lord is not only refreshing us, but also nurturing a generational legacy of grace and favor.
