Reasons Why Praise and Worship Ministries Collapse:
1. Lack of Prayer: Without prayer, a ministry loses spiritual strength.
2. Loss of Intimacy: Neglecting personal relationship with God turns worship into routine.
3. Pride and Self-Glorification: Focusing on recognition rather than Christ causes decline.
James 4:6 – "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble."
4. Lack of Unity: Offense, jealousy, gossip, and unforgiveness create division, hindering ministry.
Psalm 133:1 – "How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!"
5. Poor Leadership: Lack of vision, accountability, and wise guidance hampers growth.
6. Compromise and Sin: Persistent unrepentant sin weakens spiritual authority.

7. Relying on Talent Over Holy Spirit: Skills can't replace Holy Spirit's anointing.
