FAITH — THE POWER CONNECTION
Mark 5:30–34 | Romans 10:12–17
Faith is the connection to God's power. The woman with the issue of blood demonstrated that genuine faith reaches beyond circumstances and connects us to the power of God.
Faith is a strong conviction that God is able to do what He has promised. Abraham did not allow the reality of his circumstances to cancel God's promise; he became strong in faith, giving glory to God (Romans 4:19–21).
WHAT FAITH DOES
🔹 Faith believes God is greater than reality.
Faith does not deny what is happening; it believes that God is greater than what is happening. Daniel 6:22; John 20:27–29.
🔹 Faith trusts God's Word when everything seems impossible.
God is not a man that He should lie. What He has spoken, He is able to accomplish. Numbers 23:19; Luke 5:5–7; Jeremiah 1:12.
🔹 Where faith rises, fear loses its authority.
Jesus said, “Do not be afraid; only believe.” Faith gives God the final word. Mark 5:36; 1 Samuel 17:34–37.
🔹 Faith turns impossibility into possibility.
What is impossible with man is possible with God. Mark 9:23; John 11:24–25.
🔹 Faith gives God room to do what human strength cannot accomplish.
Sometimes the miracle begins when we recognize that our ability is not enough and trust God's ability. 1 Kings 17:13.
🔹 Faith sees beyond what the eyes can see.
The ten spies saw giants and impossibility, but faith sees God and His promise. Numbers 13:33.
🔹 Faith speaks God's Word.
Faith does not merely think about God's promises; it speaks in agreement with what God has said. Romans 4:17–18.
🔹 Faith does not collapse because of delay.
Delay can become a platform for deeper faith and endurance. Abraham “did not waver through unbelief”but grew stronger in faith. Romans 4:20; Job 13:15; Job 19:25.
🔹 The size of your faith is less important than the greatness of the God in whom you believe.
Even faith as small as a mustard seed can accomplish great things when placed in a great God. Matthew 17:20; Job 36:5.
🙏 THE KEY
Faith does not require that we have all the answers. Faith requires confidence in the One who has all the answers.
Faith does not wait until there is a visible way—it trusts God to make a way.
Faith does not surrender to fear—it believes.
Faith does not bow to impossibility—it looks to God.
Faith does not die because of delay—it grows through endurance.
Believing faith is the key that connects us to God's power.
