Timely message to our leaders from our Pst.

**A Call to Integrity: LEADERSHIP IS NOT ABOUT TENURE, ITS ABOUT IMPACT**

FELLOW AFRICANS ; KENYANS

We're living in a time where leadership is being redefined, but not for the better. Too often, we see leaders focused on clamping onto power, rather than using their position to drive meaningful change. *The question isn't about one term or two terms – it's about whether we'll use our time in office to truly serve.*

The Bible says in Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men." This verse cuts through the noise, reminding us that our work is not just about people; it's about serving a higher purpose.

Leadership is not about the length of time you serve, but the impact you make. A single term can be enough to leave a lasting legacy, if used wisely. Look at leaders who've made a difference – they didn't need decades in office to drive change.

The problem isn't the number of terms; it's the lack of accountability, transparency, and a genuine desire to serve. When leaders prioritize the people's needs over personal interests, remarkable things happen.

To our leaders, I say: you're not just serving the people; you're serving God. Let that sink in. Your actions, decisions, and policies will be guided by a higher standard.

History will judge you not by the number of terms you served, but by what you achieved, the lives you touched, and the legacy you left behind.

Let's shift our focus from tenure to impact. Let's celebrate leaders who serve with integrity, humility, and a passion for making a difference.

The time is now. The opportunity is yours. Serve with purpose, and leave a lasting impact.
