Finding peace in the mist of life’s challenges/storms.
Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” John 14:27

In this verse, Jesus is offering His disciples something the world cannot provide, true peace. As He prepares to leave them, He reassures them that He is not abandoning them in fear and uncertainty. Instead, He gives them "His peace," a deep, unshakable peace that comes from God.

Jesus makes it clear that the peace He gives is different from what the world offers. The world’s peace is temporary, fragile, and dependent on circumstances. It can be lost through war, conflict, or personal struggles. But the peace Jesus gives is internal, lasting, and secure, no matter what happens.

Jesus in ths verse also gives a command: “Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” This is not just a suggestion, it is an essential call to step out in faith and trust Him wholeheartedly. His peace is not just an emotion, it is a reality that comes from knowing Him and trusting in His promises.

In today’s world, many people search for peace in money, success, relationships, or personal comfort. But all of these things can fail. Jesus tells us that real peace only comes from Him.

For followers of Christ, this means that we do not have to be controlled by fear, worry, or anxiety. Even in the middle of life’s hardest moments, illness, financial struggles, loss, or uncertainty, we can have a deep inner calm that is not influenced by the world's troubles. Jesus’s peace is not based on how easy or difficult our lives are. It is based on His unchanging presence.

Peace, my friend, is a gift, but we must choose to accept it. If we fill our hearts with fear, doubt, and distractions, we will not experience the peace He offers. But if we fix our eyes on Him, His peace will guard our hearts.

No matter what happens in life, His peace remains. The question is, wil

WEAPON OF SILENCE

Many people don't like to use the weapon of silence.

We love explaining. We love responding. We love “clearing the air.” Even when nobody asked!

Someone posts a status that looks like it’s about you, you write a whole paragraph.
Someone says something petty, you gather HEAVY words to respond.
Someone PROVOKES you in a WhatsApp group, you give them out of mind RESPONSE.

But sometimes the greatest POWER is knowing when to keep QUIET.

The Bible says, “Even fools are thought wise if they keep silent.” (Proverbs 17:28)

SILENCE can protect your REPUTATION better than ARGUMENTS.

Jesus Himself practiced silence. When He was accused, He did not answer (Matthew 27:12–14).

Some battles don’t deserve your VOICE; they deserve your PEACE.

Silence is powerful because:
~ It prevents unnecessary drama
~ It saves relationships from emotional words
~ It frustrates provokers who feed on reaction
~ It gives God space to fight for you

Sometimes, you can TALK yourself into TROUBLE. One REPLY can become a screenshot. One ARGUMENT can become a family meeting. One EXPLANATION can become gossip for the whole estate.

Remember, Silence is not WEAKNESS, sometimes it’s the loudest sign of MATURITY.

5 THINGS YOU MUST EXPERIENCE AS A PASTOR.

(1) WITHDRAWAL OF FOLLOWERS

You must understand that you don't have permanent members, you see those people shouting halleluyah hallelujah,
they are not permanent and they can leave without notice. So build around God and forget followers.

(2) BETRAYAL FROM FRIENDS

Don't trust anyone who claims friendship with you, even trusting yourself is DANGEROUS. Don't think everyone is loving, caring, reliable like you.

Those people you are parading as friends can shock you without looking back. Build around God and forget friends

(3) REJECTION FROM YOUR SENIORS

If you have never experienced rejection from those ahead in Ministry, then you are a learner. Not that they are evil or don't love you, it's just that your not in their class and you don't belong in their groups. Some seniors in Ministry can relate well with you when they see something they can collect or that will benefit them no matter how little it is.

Stop pursuing after them because of results, build capacity, build your personality, develop your Ministry, soon they will seek for you.

(4) SILENCE FROM HEAVEN

This one is very common, it's not that you committed any sin, God has his reasons for this, even in the Bible there was silence periods. Between Malachi and Matthew, there is an empty space, that is what divides Old Testament from New Testament, "IT'S CALLED SILENT PERIODS " It was 430 years without a word from God.

If you are a Pastor and you have never gone through this silent periods, then your calling is questionable. Yes you have prayed, fasted, sacrificed, done everything recommended by the Bible, spiritual fathers and mothers, mentors and seniors and even friends in Ministry, yet no result and God is not speaking.

He uses you to speak to people but he is silent in your matter, it's called SILENT PERIOD, very stressful because you are confused about everything. But wait on him.

HONORING AND THANKING MEN OF GOD FOR THE WORK OF THE GOSPEL

Today we take time to thank God for men of God who have faithfully served Him. These are servants who preach the gospel, pray for people, teach the Word, and guide the church. They are not perfect, but they are chosen vessels used by God. The Bible teaches us that it is right and biblical to appreciate and honor those who labor in the Lord.
1. They preached the word of God faithfully
Romans 10:14–15
The gospel does not spread by itself. God uses men and women He has called to preach His Word. The Bible says, “How can they hear without someone preaching to them?” We thank men of God because through them we heard the message of salvation.
2.. They watch over your souls
Hebrews 13:17
Men of God carry a heavy responsibility. They pray, counsel, correct, and guide God’s people. They are accountable to God for the souls under their care. This kind of work requires sacrifice, patience, and love, and it deserves thanksgiving.
3 .They work hard among you. 1 Thessalonians 5:12–13
The Bible tells believers to respect and appreciate those who work hard in the Lord’s service. Ministry involves preaching, visiting the sick, comforting the hurting, and standing firm in truth. We thank men of God for their tireless labor.
4. Those who preach the gospel should live from the gospel.
1 Corinthians 9:14
God values those who serve Him. Supporting men of God through encouragement, prayer, and provision is biblical. When we give thanks, we also show care and love for those who serve us spiritually.
5. Imitate their faith
Hebrews 13:7
Men of God are examples to the church. Their faith, perseverance, and obedience encourage believers to follow Christ more closely. We thank God not just for what they say, but for how they live.

Breaking news 📰...

The same River that Peter spent the entire night without catching any fish,is the same River where they caught thousands of fish in the morning

The issue is when Jesus came in the morning and said 'Do you have any fish?' and they said no. He did not advise them to change the River, instead He advised them to cast the nets deeper.

You tried to fish the whole of 2025 but you caught nothing. No work, no marriage, no finances, no education, no stable income, no kids, no peace, no success. When your life is going the opposite direction, it's not about changing your place of work, changing your church, changing your husband or wife, or giving up.

Its all about casting your faith deep in God, casting your fellowship with Jesus deep in believing that God will provide, heal, restore, uplift, deliver, revive, and bring blessings and favour along your way.

May the Lord give you the grace to go deeper.

LET US CAST OUR NET DEEPER in 2026. Merry Xmas & Happy 2026...

"How well do you know God?" Read 1 John 4:20,

The lesson from 1 John 4:20 is that true love for God must be demonstrated through love for others. If someone claims to love God but hates their fellow believers, they are a liar because the inability to love those you can see (brothers and sisters) makes loving God, whom you cannot see, "IMPOSSIBLE."

Read Romans 12:9, Love without hypocrisy is something that most of us say we do, but do we really? A person who claims to love God but shows contempt for their "brother" is exhibiting hypocrisy, as their actions contradict their words. We are called to reflect God and His love.

1 John 4:8 says, "But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love."

Did you hear that? Let me say it again. "Anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love."

The verse connects a person's capacity for love with their knowledge of God. If someone claims to know God but does not love, their claim is seen as invalid because God is love. Love is not just something God does it is who He is at His core. God’s character, actions, and nature are defined by love. If someone has a real relationship with God, that love will flow out of them toward others.

John is not talking about shallow love, empty words, or feelings. He’s talking about selfless, active love that reflects God’s "HEART."

These verses challenges us to examine our own hearts. Do we love others the way God has loved us? Do we show patience, kindness, forgiveness, and care?

When you love others, it is evidence that God’s Spirit is at work in you.

Jesus said, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another." John 13:34.

HOW TO BE ALWAYS HAPPY IN LIFE. READ THIS AWESOME LIFE TIPS.
1. Always remember that there is nobody on this earth that does not have problems. You are not the only one that has problems.
2. Challenges is part of life. It is only a dead man that has no challenges.
3. There is no problem that has no solution. There are solutions to the pains you are passing through.
4. The way you picture yourself in your mind can affect your happiness. Picture yourself as a valuable and beautiful person. Avoid low self esteem and inferiority complex.
5. Do not mind about what people say about you. Some people are sadists. They can just say somethings just to make you feel sad.
6. Make friends with reasonable people who make you happy. Do not make friends with people who make jest of you or laugh at you over your challenges.
7. At your leisure time, keep yourself busy with your favorite hobbies like sports, games, watching movies, surfing the internet, playing computer games, etc.
8. Do not allow anyone to intimidate you with money and material things. A poor man today can become rich tomorrow. Change is constant.
9. No matter what you are passing through today, do not give up. As long as there is life, there is hope.
10. Be very prayerful. Pray without ceasing. Prayer is a catalyst that can speed up your blessings to come to you on time.
11. Be courageous to go for what you want. Life is all about risk. If you don't take a risk, you will not get the desires of your heart.

Never change your originality for the sake of others. Because no one can play your role better than you.
You are the best. So be yourself...

Have a nice night tonight

10 Things You Must Know Before You Ever Open the Bible Again
Before you study the Bible, pause. Many read it through the eyes of tradition, religion, and assumption—but few ever read it through the Spirit of truth. The Scriptures are not a puzzle; they are revelation. Here are 10 vital truths to keep your heart and mind in the right place before you begin.

1. The Bible Is a Covenant Story, Not a Religious Book

It’s not a rulebook, a mystery novel, or a religious encyclopedia—it’s the unfolding of God’s covenant with His people, fulfilled in Christ.

📖 “For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.” — 2 Corinthians 1:20

Everything in Scripture points to that covenant—old and new—fulfilled through Jesus Christ.

2. Context Is Everything

Who was speaking? To whom? Under what covenant? These questions matter more than memorizing verses.

📖 “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” — 2 Timothy 2:15

Many false doctrines exist because men took old covenant commands and applied them to new covenant believers.

3. Jesus Fulfilled What Moses and the Prophets Spoke

When you study, look for how Jesus fulfilled the Law and the Prophets—not how to keep them.

📖 “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.” — Matthew 5:17

He didn’t come to continue religion but to complete it and bring everlasting relationship.

4. The Kingdom Is Present, Not Future

Don’t read the Bible waiting for what has already come. The New Covenant, the New Jerusalem, the New Heaven and Earth are here—within the believer.

📖 “The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” — Luke 17:20–21

5. The Bible Interprets Itself

If something seems unclear, look for where Scripture explains Scripture. God never contradicts Himself.

My final point from Sundays message titled "Let it Go" is this, "See things from God's perspective."

The Bible says that heaven is God’s throne and earth is his footstool. (Isaiah 66:1) And Isaiah 40:22 says that God sits on the circle of the earth and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers to Him. So clearly God sees things from a different perspective than we do.

Perspective is important. Our decisions and how we live our lives are based on how we see things. In that sense perspective can be more influential in our day-to-day life.

Paul said, "But as it is written: Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him." (1 Corinthians 2:9, see also Isaiah 55:8-9).

John the Baptist said in John 3:30, "He must increase, but I must decrease". The verse explains that John's own ministry was drawing to a close as Jesus's ministry grew, and he was happy for it to be so because his purpose was to point people to Christ. This means there is no uncertainty in God's will or actions, because "He knows what He is doing."

God has a plan and purpose for in all that He allows in our lives. We may not know or understand all the time what God's plan is, but He does and that is all that matters.

Open our ears Lord and help us to listen open our eyes we want to see Jesus. You make me better!

*WORD FOR THE DAY*

TOPIC: *WHEN PRAYER DOES NOT PRODUCE RESULTS, GIVE THANKS...*

There are moments when we pray with tears in our eyes, faith in our hearts, and hope on our lips, yet the heavens seem silent. We knock and no door opens. We ask, and the answer appears delayed. We search, but the way seems hidden. It is in such moments that faith is tested and patience is refined. But when prayer does not produce the result you desire, don’t be bitter, give God thanks. It simply means that the wisdom of God is working out something you cannot yet see. The silence of God is not the absence of God. His delays are not denials; they are divine rearrangements. Isaiah 55:8 reminds us: “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. What looks like an unanswered prayer from your side may be a carefully guarded miracle in the making from His side. Sometimes, God withholds what we ask because He knows what we don’t. The hands that hold the world know the right time to release the blessing. God’s “no” is often a higher form of mercy; His silence, a deeper form of protection. Look at Joseph, he prayed, but instead of being released from trouble, he was thrown deeper into it. Yet every disappointment was leading him to his destiny. He didn’t realize that prison was the corridor to the palace. When heaven seems to turn its face away, it might actually be turning your path toward a greater promise.

Paul the Apostle cried three times for his thorn to be removed, and God said, “My grace is sufficient for you” (2 Corinthians 12:9). Grace became his answer when healing did not. The wisdom of God chose strength through weakness, not ease through escape. See, gratitude in delay is the highest form of trust. When you can lift your hands and say, “Lord, I thank You, even though I don’t understand,” you have touched the depth of faith that moves mountains. Sometimes, God does not change your situation because He’s using the situation to change you. H

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. (1 Corinthians 15:58)

What does it mean to be "Always" abounding in the work of the Lord?

The word always means every time; on every occasion; without exception. To be always abounding in the work of the Lord means consistently to and enthusiastically give your best effort to living a life that is in alignment with God's will and purposes. It emphasizes steadfast commitment, exceeding expectations.

When Paul said to always be “abounding in the work of the Lord,” he may have had these words of the prophet Jeremiah in mind: “Cursed is he who does the work of the LORD with slackness” (Jeremiah 48:10).

When God calls people to do something, He expects faithfulness and full commitment. "Half-hearted obedience is not obedience at all."

For Christians today, this verse is a challenge to take God’s work seriously. Whether He calls us to share the Gospel, serve others, or stand firm in our faith, we cannot approach it with laziness or fear. God expects full obedience, not half-hearted effort.

This verse reminds to us that obedience often requires sacrifice. God’s call may not always be easy or comfortable, but we are called to trust Him and carry out His will faithfully.

This verse also challenges us to reflect on how seriously we take God’s commands in our own lives. Are we being faithful in the things He has given for us to do, or are we holding back out of fear, distraction, or laziness?

Let us empty ourselves daily only to be filled with the spirit of God. You make me better! 💪
