As the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity – Year A, this reflection invites us to contemplate the mystery of God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

More than a doctrine, the Trinity reveals God as a communion of love, calling humanity into unity, peace, and authentic relationships. Drawing from the Sunday readings, the reflection highlights our dignity as people created in God’s image and challenges us to build communities rooted in love and self-giving. The Triune God remains the true source of hope, reconciliation, and lasting peace in this world.

30/05 – St Joan of Arc

“If I am not [in God's grace], may God put me there; and if I am, may God so keep me.”

A beautiful prayer of humility and trust from St Joan of Arc. May we always seek to remain close to God, trusting Him to guide, strengthen, and sustain us through every season of life.

May His grace continue to lead our hearts each day.

29/05 – St Paul VI, Pope

“Modern man listens more willingly to witnesses than to teachers, and if he does listen to teachers, it is because they are witnesses.”

St Paul VI reminds us that authentic witness speaks louder than words. In our families, workplaces, and communities, may our lives reflect the values we profess — through love, humility, compassion, and truth.

May we not only speak about faith, but truly live it every day. 🙏

Saint of the Day | 27/05 – St. Augustine of Canterbury

“Take care of your body as if you were going to live forever; and take care of your soul as if you were going to die tomorrow.” – St. Augustine of Canterbury

May this powerful reminder inspire us to live with wisdom, balance, and faith — caring for both our physical well-being and our spiritual journey each day.

Pentecost reminds us that the Holy Spirit continues to move within the Church and in our daily lives, bringing renewal, courage, and hope. The disciples, once gathered in fear and uncertainty, were transformed by the Spirit into bold witnesses of Christ’s love and truth.

Today, we too are invited to open our hearts to the presence of the Holy Spirit. In moments of doubt, division, and weariness, the Spirit strengthens us, unites us, and sends us forth to be instruments of peace and compassion in the world.

The Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord invites us to reflect on Christ’s glorious return to the Father and His enduring presence in the life of the Church.

Before ascending into heaven, Jesus commissioned His disciples to proclaim the Gospel to all nations, assuring them that He would remain with them always.

The Ascension is therefore not a moment of separation, but a celebration of hope, mission, and divine promise. As believers, we are called to continue Christ’s work on earth through faith, witness, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, while keeping our hearts fixed on the eternal kingdom prepared for us.

A Blessed Sunday to you all!
