The purposes of the quarterly meeting's are;
1).to provide more frequent or more convenient occasions of mutual support, inspiration, and instructions for local friends.
11). for the orderly consideration of concerns arising from local meetings and destined for the yearly meeting's agenda.
111). for the appointment of members of the yearly meeting's nominating committee.to omitt/remove the quarterly meeting's is to change the shape of quakerism and similar to suspending the friends quaker constitution.
Reformation might not be the right word for the friends church but advocating for a strong and strict religious code within the friends quaker society is ideal.

Prior to friends quaker centennial celebrations in 2002,at kaimosi,there were two yearly meetings of friends quaker church in nandi county.which wasn't healthy for the friends quaker movement.
In the heels of the centennial celebrations at kaimosi, God revealed a team of elders who eventually put the fellowship of quaker faith in nandi county into a unison.
1.Stanley ndezwa, presiding clerk, Nairobi yearly meeting of friends sat as the chair.
2.wilson adenya, presiding clerk,chavakali yearly meeting of friends.
3.pastor mkirima, superintendent Nairobi.
4.simon vuhasho,pastor/lecturer.
5.Reuben lumasia.

Variations of titles causing jitters amongst the saints of the quaker faith.
Let me make a summary of the FIVE "G"s.
1.apostles GUARD the church from false doctrine.
2.prophets GUIDE the church in evangelism and missionary work.
3.evangelists GATHER in the unbelievers through preaching the word.
4.pastors GROW the believers until they reach spiritual maturity.
5.teachers GROUND the believers on the solid rock Christ Jesus.
Church leaders may be a combination of the above.in the new testament, this terms were not used as titles.they were used as job descriptions, to describe the function or gifts a man had.they were used in the same way we would describe a carpenter,a painter,an electrician or farmer.
Church leaders must avoid giving themselves titles of honor (matt 23:8-12).
Those called to church leadership are just servants of the Lord and his flock (Rom1:1;Tit1:1).
Let us follow the example of Peter (2pet 3:15).He chose his words wisely when he referred to another leader"brother Paul,"not"Apostle Paul."

The unregenerate condition.
The church can not, and will NEVER grow with unregenerate church leaders.clergymen who have never been born again of the spirit of God.is it any wonder they do not hear God's voice? The spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God ( Rom 8:16)"He that believeth on the son of God hath the witness in himself"(1 John,5:10).

Your failure to forgive causes the hardness of your heart.and because you have not forgiven, you will not be forgiven.all this combined causes tremendous frustrations in our hearts causing diseases which afflict our bodies.
Forgiveness brings a return of God's voice.verbalize your forgiveness.forgive every evil done to hurt you, and God will heal you.your heart will be softened and.when you have a tender heart, God will speak to you again.God does not speak to Hard hearts.
