“GOD UNDERSTANDS” — THE DECEPTION DESTROYING MANY YOUNG PEOPLE.
Let us address something very dangerous that is spreading in our generation.
Many people are now saying, “God understands.”
“I have tried to stop, but I cannot.”
“If God really wanted me to stop, He would have helped me.”
So they conclude: God allows it.
That is deception.
God is not the author of sin. God does not permit what He has clearly condemned.
1 John 1:5 says, “God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.”
There is no sin in Him. There is no approval of sin from Him.
So do not use your struggle to redefine God’s standard.
Yes, you may have tried to stop. Yes, it may feel difficult. But difficulty does not mean permission.
1 Corinthians 10:13 says, “There hath no temptation taken you… but God is faithful… and will make a way to escape.”
There is always a way out.
The problem is not that God has allowed it. The problem is that many have not fully surrendered. Many are still hiding. Many are still feeding the habit secretly.
You did not involve God when the habit started, but now you want to blame God for not stopping it.
That is not how it works.
Titus 2:11-12 says the grace of God teaches us to deny ungodliness.
Grace does not support sin. Grace empowers you to overcome sin.
So if what you call “grace” is allowing you to continue in sin, that is not the grace of God.
1 John 3:9 says, “Whosoever is born of God doth not continue in sin…”
This is serious.
Let me speak plainly. Some of you are struggling with ma********on, po*******hy, fornication, even immoral dreams. And instead of crying out, you are becoming comfortable.
You are normalizing it.
That is dangerous.
Proverbs 28:13 says, “He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.”
There is mercy, but only for the sincere.
I say this with understanding, not condemnation. I was there before. Bound. Struggling. Hiding.
