UAEM’s vision is to see a Community in which everyone, especially Youth, has control over their own future. We believe that every individual (youth), whatever their background, when well safeguarded from any form of abuse and harm, these individuals can become agents of change in their families and communities. UAEM’s programs provides clear direction in all of our operations to ensure that our organization/ministry serves to protect the children and adults we work with and ensure that they are not exposed to any kind of harm, abuse or exploitation. UAEM as an organization we are so commuted to help this generation Spiritually, Intellectually, Socially and even economically. UAEM hope to achieve these under the following programs:
1. Evangelism or Evangelization [ Mathew 28:19,20 ]
UAEM under this program will be developing activities of spreading the good news of God (Gospel) through Crusades, Conference and Seminars. In addition visiting sick’s in hospital and prisoners in in jail. Our main objectives in this program are to fight Adultery, Drug abuse, early pregnancy and all Violence of women right.
2. Peace Building
The number of violent conflicts has increased dramatically so far. Therefore UAEM urgently needs to contribute in the process of funding stable solutions. UAEM believes that Peace building is a long-term process of encouraging people to talk, repairing relationships, and reforming institutions. For positive change to last, everyone affected by a destructive conflict has to be involved in the process of building peace. UAEM works to truly understand conflicts, and then we share what we learn with others. We create connections between the different groups involved, and most importantly, ensure the people directly impacted by conflict are leading initiatives to respond to the violence. UAEM shall be counting her strength in the following approaches
a) Youth peace forums
• The youth and young adults are the most ignored on matters relating to peace building and the broader public life, largely because of their tender age.
• They are however the custodians of the future. Involving them in a peace process means enabling the handlers of our future to craft a humane society they shall hand over the next generation of leadership. Therefore UAEM seeks to establish local regional and even national youth consultations whose objective would be to empower and strengthen their networking in conflict prevention and peace building initiatives and mainstream their participation at all levels of engagement.
