Exposition of Micah 7:11

Verse (KJV):
“In the day that thy walls are to be built, in that day shall the decree be far removed.”

Mic.7.11 (AMP): - In the day that your walls are to be built [a day for building], in that day shall the boundary [of Israel] be far extended and the decree [against her] be far removed.

Micah is speaking prophetically about a future time when God will restore His people, rebuild what was broken, and reverse their condition.

Walls represent:
■Security
■Identity
■Dignity
■Divine covering

Walls are essential for survival and honor. Their rebuilding therefore points to:
■A return from destruction or exile
■God restoring what was lost
■Rebuilding not just physically, but spiritually and socially

There comes a divinely appointed season when God rebuilds:
■Broken lives
■Ruined destinies
■Neglected callings

“In that day shall the decree be far removed”
But here this! When God begins to restore, He also lifts restrictions and reverses verdicts, Halleluyah!
■What was forbidden becomes permitted
■What was blocked becomes open
■What was condemned becomes redeemed

Child of God, God doesn’t rebuild you and leave you bound. He removes what hindered you. Praise the Lord!

God has ordained specific season for each one of us for:
■Rebuilding
■Enlargement
■Breakthrough

Divine reversal:
God can and is in the business od overturning every Negative decree in your life—whether spoken, systemic, or spiritual!

All these negative “decrees” - limitations, fears, past failures- our God is ready to remove!

We shall in return enjoy;
■Restoration where there was loss
■Expansion where there was restriction
■Freedom where there was limitation

What “walls” in your life need rebuilding? Is it faith, relationships, purpose? Trust in God. Wait upon Him. He will show up and rebuild to the glory of His name.
