*The Lord Is My Shepherd 🙏*
I don't know if there are any Christians who do not know this psalm. When my mother was a child going to church in her early age, she affirms that she had to memorize it. When I was in school, the children in the public elementary schools recited it along with the Lord's Prayer each morning. It is used in most of the funerals I have attended over the years regardless of the person's denomination. The problem is that I think we hear it so often and know it so well, that we don't really pay attention to what it is saying. First and foremost, it tells us that if we have God, we have everything we need. Do you or I actually believe this? If we do, then why are we always looking for more? When we feel down or abandoned, does our faith restore us? If yes, then why do we need alcohol, drugs, or things to make us feel better? Do we allow God to lead us? This would mean that we spend time reading Scripture to find out how we should be living and who we are called to be. We truly would be following the path to righteousness. Knowing that we are saved by Jesus, we can live without fear of death. Mother Teresa of Calcutta was once asked if she was afraid of walking the streets of India. She told them that having died with Christ in Baptism, why would she be afraid? If we allow the Lord to be with us, we will find comfort and peace in this world, and everlasting joy in the next.
*Wishing you a fruitful week ahead 🙏❤️*

Follow for follow page before you retire to bed just read this,,,, "Another beautiful truth about life is that kindness often returns in unexpected ways. A word of encouragement offered today may echo back years later through someone whose life was strengthened by that moment. Acts of kindness may appear small, yet they create ripples that travel further than we often realize. Individuals remembered most warmly are rarely those who accumulated the most recognition, but those who consistently uplifted others.Have a blessed night

Never respond to rudeness. When you do, you are endorsing it. Silence is the best answer to someone who has no respect for you. Highlights Pedece LS Rita Gurung Langzkie Vetcer Jorulan Follow for follow page
