7 Signs a Pastor Is has issues

Peter warned us:

“Not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock.” — 1 Peter 5:3

When leadership becomes domination, something has gone wrong.

Here are 7 signs a pastor has crossed from shepherding into bullying:

1. He rules by intimidation, not example.
Fear replaces influence.

2. Public shaming becomes normal.
Correction is done to embarrass, not restore.

3. Questions are treated as rebellion.
Dialogue is silenced.

4. Loyalty is demanded, not inspired.
Submission is forced, not earned.

5. Disagreement equals dishonor.
Every opposing thought becomes a threat.

6. Anger defines leadership style.
Outbursts are excused as “authority.”

7. He protects image more than people.
Reputation matters more than the well-being of the flock.

A shepherd leads.
A bully controls.

Spiritual authority is proven by gentleness, integrity, and example — not volume, threats, or fear.

When a snake can't get to you or your ministry because of God’s Hand resting on your life, they shoot their VENOM poisoning people against you. The very ones that used to be in fellowship with you before the snake got to them will give you a cold shoulder - based on what they heard from the snake - and not what they heard from you.

A poisonous snake will sit back and watch you from a distance to see if you're going to fail - until they see you're STILL standing - no matter what they do, say, throw, cast, …..it didn't work!

That's when they attack your character, integrity, and your ministry. They bring up your past as if you're still living there! If they can't kill you, they'll try to kill your name - causing people to not fellowship with you!

Kill the snake by disconnecting from it. Why? Because the more poison it speaks into your ears, the more powerful it is in your life.

📌As long as spiritual things are concerned, you're the only limitation to what God can do in your life.

📌 When you're asleep, put your soul in a groaning mode.

📌Men ought always to pray because satan is labouring daily for your soul.

📌Refuse to give Satan the chance to access your destiny.

📌The state of your soul determines your encounter.

📌 Understand the diagnosis of your space and know how to stand as a watchman.

📌 In the opinion of the mundane, they believed that Jesus was crucified in Golgotha.

📌The spiritual civilization that was responsible for cutting Jesus off was two princes; S***m and Egypt.

*S***m*:- is known for wickedness and abomination.
*Egypt*:- was known for captivity.

📌When you see a people under captivity, they are under the influence of Egypt.

📌The language that Egypt understands is power. It's the reason Moses approached Pharaoh with the power of God.

📌The moment a man is able to identify the state of his ecosystem, he will know how to be free from it influence.

📌 It is possible to enter Egypt by yourself.

📌 When there's a report of famine and drought, Egypt would present an alternative. It looks like a place of abundance but lures one into captivity. The sons of Jacob went to Egypt by themselves to seek bread but ended as captives.

📌 The intention of Egypt is to keep one distracted. The sons of Jacob were asked to make straws for themselves to look away from the word of God Moses brings to them.
Pharaoh gives bread in rations.

📌 Even Elohim is used to get the favour of mammon in Egypt.

📌 People who are comfortable in Egypt are never interested to know God for themselves.

📌 There's no peace in Egypt. There's always a restlessness to prove that one is under a taskmaster.

📌 Egypt gives bread in exchange for one's soul.

📌 Believe in the provision of God. That way, you'll be content to serve Him.

📌God proved His provision by supplying bread to the Israelites. He is faithful to provide man's needs

If anyone exalts witches again near you, Switch on light because they're in dark.

A drop of the blood of Jesus is more powerful than all the sacrifices made by a witch or the occult.

A believer is a master to all evil spirits.
If you're still trying to outdo a witch by sacrifice, you haven't been taught the cross yet. You are not going to win .

The cross is the finality of all sacrifice and it is sufficient to settle all the pertains man's desire for worship and spiritual authority.

📖Matthew 13:24-25
Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

📍While the watchman sleeps, the enemy always plants an evil seed where God had planted good seed.

📍It takes the season of manifestation to realize that the seed of the evil one was also growing with the good seed.

📝 If it is about spiritual things, matters are solved from the foundation. You don't attempt to treat signs and symptoms.

🎯 Signs and symptoms are only a mark of the root cause.
