This Mashujaa Day, AGC Tenwek Hospital proudly celebrates two extraordinary individuals whose lives and service helped shape the story of healthcare in Kenya and beyond.

๐ƒ๐ซ ๐‘๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐–๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐ž is being honoured for his remarkable contribution to the advancement of medicine through scholarship, research and practice. As the founder and senior director of the AGC Tenwek Cardiothoracic Centre, his leadership has helped transform Tenwek Hospital into one of Africa's leading centres for cardiothoracic care. His work continues to inspire innovation and excellence in medicine.

We also honour the late ๐ƒ๐ซ ๐„๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ž ๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฒ, posthumously recognised for his pioneering role in transforming healthcare and Christian ministry in Bomet and beyond. As Tenwek Hospital's first physician from 1959, Dr Steury combined medical care, evangelism and discipleship, helping lay the foundation for what has become a leading mission hospital serving thousands across the region.

Their stories remind us that true impact is measured not only by what we achieve, but by the lives we touch and the generations we inspire.

Testimony of Godโ€™s Faithfulness

In the last AGC National Youth Conference at Kirobon Girls, a young lady by the name Chepkoech, stood and asked one of the facilitators to consider her by securing a place in the police force but it never came to be. With unwavering faith, she continued to trust God, waiting patiently for His appointed time. Last year, the Lord answered her prayers. Today, she is not only a proud member of the police force but also one of our committed AGC Online Church members. Her faith and trust in God never wavered, and her testimony reminds us that God does not delay He comes at the appointed time. Yesterday, she was among those who officially passed out in the administration police service. We lift our voices in thanksgiving, for truly, God is faithful. Let us celebrate her together. This is a living testimony.

Encouragement:
To all who are praying and trusting God for a breakthrough be encouraged. Hold on to your faith. The same God who answered her prayers will answer yours. His timing is perfect, and His promises never fail.

This moment is a testament to Godโ€™s faithfulness.His re-election reflects confidence in his vision,gratitude for a ministry marked by integrity, humility, and an unwavering commitment to the ministry.

Under his guidance, AGC Kenya has been shaped by faithful teaching, bold preaching, and servant leadership.
We are grateful for the foundation he has laid and hopeful for the greater work still ahead.
