Since Eden, humanity has longed to hear the voice of God. The Bible is His primary revelation, but He also promised a prophetic gift for the last days (Joel 2:28; Eph. 4:11–13).

As Adventists, we see that gift in the life and ministry of Ellen G. White.

She never claimed to add to Scripture, only to lead people back to it. Her visions came through many channels. Every revelation combined God’s light with human expression, just like in the Bible.

Her writings continue to bless millions, strengthen faith, and uplift Jesus.

Perhaps today is a good day to reopen one of her books and let the Spirit speak to you again, or to give one as a gift to a friend.

A true leader isn’t defined by the weight of the obstacles but by the One they depend on. Strength, clarity, and courage don’t come from having everything under control but from trusting the God who goes before us. When leaders stay rooted in Him, the challenges that seem overwhelming lose their power.
