Shichimensan Buddhist Temple -Keishinin

The 124th Resident Priest, Rev. Yuji Komatsu and their team has finally finished the 3 years hard work. Passing the role to the next team, the 125th Resident Priest, Ven Enyu Sasaki takes over the whole operation of Keishinin.

Briefly looking back project for the roof constitution, Rev. Komatsu and his crew decided to replacement of the roof with Japanese traditional tech. After its complete the project, we will share a youtube and picture. Now proudly the new chapter has begun.

Renovation has been placed and ask you to help out once in a life time event.

Roof is the thing we could live under with safety and protection. Providing hush and sacred space in front of the altar, withstanding patiently heavy rain, strong wind and massive snow.

In order to preserve how we mend the japanese tradional roof with special technology, it is not easy task. After long term consideration, we have desided to make it whole renovation. It surely takes lots of resources such a massive roof renovation.

The freezing icy cold winter is coming and we must put off the construction due to the snow. Next spring, we will catch up every steps of rebuilding.

It is the time of the year we have lots of snow. We would like to acknowledge that all the visitors should prepare crampons for the safety. (after the milestone No,23, you may need them due to icy trail)
