Online Evangelistic Crusade Successfully Launched in Japan

Praise God for the successful launching of the Online Evangelistic Crusade in Japan on August 7, 2026, through Zoom and Facebook Live. This online initiative seeks to reach Filipinos and others living across Japan with the hope and truth found in God’s Word.
The opening night was blessed with encouraging participation. Around 60 participants joined through Zoom, while the Facebook Live broadcast reached more than 400 views. We were especially grateful that several non-Adventist guests joined the program, giving us an opportunity to share the message of hope with people who are still learning about God and His Word.
Zoom participants joined from different parts of Japan, including Gifu, Kariya, Nagoya, Toyohashi, Kikugawa, Mie, Osaka, Hiroshima, Isesaki, Tokyo, and Hokkaido. Although separated by distance, technology allowed us to come together as one community to worship, pray, and listen to the Word of God.
We were greatly blessed by the message presented by Pr. Roseller Zamora, who reminded us that we were created by a loving God for a purpose. His message also challenged us to recognize that our presence here in Japan is not without meaning. God has placed us here for a purpose—to be His witnesses and to help reach people who are still in spiritual darkness with the light and hope of the gospel.
The program concluded with Zoom breakout rooms, where participants were given an opportunity to share a short reflection about the message and pray together. It was a meaningful way to end the evening, allowing everyone not only to hear the message but also to reflect on how it could be applied personally.
We praise God for providing a stable internet connection throughout the program and, most importantly, for touching the hearts of those who attended and participated. The success of the launching reminds us that when God’s people work together and make themselves available for His mission, He can use even technology to bring His message into homes and hearts across Japan.
As we look forward to the succeeding sessions of the Online Evangelistic Crusade, we continue to pray that more people will join, more non-Adventist friends will be invited, and more lives will be reached for Christ.
This is only the beginning. May we continue to invite, share, pray, and participate as we fulfill the mission God has entrusted to us here in Japan.
