Okinawa friends! If any of you ladies are available we would love to invite you to a baby shower! Kumiko grew up in one of the local orphanages and doesn’t have relatives here to celebrate with her. We would like to use this opportunity to bless her and her husband and share the love and light of Christ with them. Please join us! We wrapped up our final egg hunt of the season on Wednesday, and it was a huge success! A heartfelt thank you to all of our incredible volunteers who donated eggs, candy, prizes, and their time. We truly couldn’t have hosted five events without your generosity and support.
Thank you for partnering with us to share the love of Christ with the children in local children’s homes across Okinawa. We’re so grateful for each of you!

Our first two egg hunts were egg-cellent… sorry, couldn’t resist 😊🐣

We feel so blessed to have such incredible volunteers who made it all possible. Thank you to everyone who donated eggs and candy, came out to play games, and helped hide eggs for the kids—you truly made a difference!

A special moment from the day: Naomi shared the gospel, and one young boy said he learned things he had never heard before. Moments like that remind us why we do this 💛

We were so touched by all the smiles and hugs, and we’re already looking forward to going back to the children’s home soon.

We still have three more hunts happening this month! If you’d like to join us and spend time with these amazing kiddos, we’d love to have you—please sign up!

Hope you all had a blessed Easter celebration. We are still collecting plastic eggs and individually wrapped candy for our five upcoming hunts this month where we anticipate interacting with close to 200 kiddos. We would love to be able to bless them with a dozen eggs each, so if you have any plastic eggs or candy you were planning to toss, please toss them our way! The collection box will be out after each service at Calvary Chapel Okinawa, and if you don’t attend there please contact us to arrange a pick up! Thanks in advance for helping us spread the love of Jesus this spring season!
