Shavua Tov, everyone! Here's an outline of the Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur schedule. Due to a schedule conflict at the Chapel, there will not be a 2nd day RH meal (Oct 4). Please try to RSVP if you can and email Rabbi Roome ([email protected]) if you need any assistance in getting time off from your command to observe the holidays.

Rosh Hashanah is less than 2 weeks away, and so is the arrival of Chaim Roome and family! So much to do and so little time!

We're looking for hands and smiles to help with Rosh Hashanah community meal preparation and space set-up! Are you available on October 1st or 2nd? No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and a Can-Do attitude! Whether it's only one hour or all day, any help is valuable and greatly appreciated!

This will be one you won't want to miss, as we say "Bye and Good luck" to Justin, our volunteer lay leader, at his last Shabbat service on Oki (for now 😉).

**LOCATION CHANGE**

Shabbat service tomorrow at Kadena Chapel 2, usual time (1830).

We're just a month(ish) out from having a permanent Rabbi on deck but in the meantime, we appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we make changes to the location and timing of services based on lay leader availability.

The High Holiday days are right around the corner. Only 50 days until Rosh HaShanah! So much to do and so little time!
