こんばんは！最近は一日のうちでも寒暖差が激しい日々が続いていますが、皆様体調は崩されていませんか？明日の広島は、そんな寒暖差も和らぎ、穏やかで過ごしやすい日曜日になりそうです。
先週の礼拝後には、満1歳を迎えたメアリーちゃんのささやかなお誕生会を開催し、皆でメアリーちゃんの益々健やかに成長されることをお祝いしました。小さな命の成長を共に喜び合える幸せに、心から感謝いたします。
明日5月24日(日)は、教会暦の大きなお祝い「聖霊降臨日（ペンテコステ）」です。
復活された主イエスが約束された「慰め主である聖霊」が、弟子たちの上に炎のように降った出来事を記念する日であり、「教会の誕生日」でもあります。聖霊のシンボルカラーである「赤」に包まれる礼拝堂で、私たち一人ひとりにも新しく力強い息吹が注がれるよう、共に祈りを捧げましょう。

🔥 Invitation to the Day of Pentecost Service: Celebrating the Birth of the Church
Good evening! We have been experiencing drastic temperature changes recently, but tomorrow in Hiroshima looks to be a calm and beautiful Sunday.
Last Sunday after the service, we held a small birthday celebration for baby Mary, who turned one year old! We all gathered to celebrate and pray for her continued healthy growth. We are truly grateful for the joy of sharing in the growth of this precious little life.
Tomorrow, Sunday, May 24th, is the Day of Pentecost (Pentecost Sunday).
Along with Christmas and Easter, this is one of the major feasts of the church calendar. It commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the disciples like tongues of fire, marking the official "birthday of the Christian Church." In our sanctuary adorned in red—the color of the Holy Spirit—let us gather to pray for a fresh outpouring of peace, courage, and new life upon us all.
On this pleasant Sunday morning, please feel free to join us just as you are. Everyone is heartily welcome!
