It is a religious complex that will welcome visitors from all around the world, all walks of life and all faiths to come and experience the place where Jesus was baptized. It is located at one of the holiest sites in Christian history, in the location where Jesus Christ began his public ministry, and in the location where the Holy Trinity was made whole. It is our hope that with the assistance of
donors from around the world, the Church of the Baptism of Jesus Christ will rise to join the other historically significant churches of the Holy Lands, such as the Church of the Annunciation where the archangel Gabriel appeared to the Virgin Mary, the Church of the Nativity where Jesus was born, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre where Jesus was resurrected. The complex will include several facilities for visitors and pilgrims, including a visitor center, a church, two monasteries and other facilities to cater to visitors. Those who come to the church to visit and worship will be immersed in the rich history and spirituality of this sacred place.
كنيسة عماد السيد المسيح هي أكثر من مجرد كنيسة. هي عبارة عن مجمع ديني يستقبل الزوار من جميع أنحاء العالم، وجميع مناحي الحياة والأديان كافة للحضور وتجربة المكان الذي عمد السيد المسيح.
