Happy Sunday Friends, welcome back from holidays of our neighbours religion, especially from my homeland. "GOD WILL PROVIDE"( Genesis 22:8) During this festival,I was pondering on whether we truly understand the depth of this short break as everyone is on festive mood.
Beloved,this sentence reassured us that in times of lack, uncertainty, or testing, Almighty God, does not just leave us to fend for ourselves; He acts as our provider, often at the exact moment of our great need.
Let us quickly take ourselves to what we view as story in the Holy books, but I will concern myself with the one in the Bible, the story of Abraham and Issac ( Gen.22) God asked Abraham to sacrifice his son, Issac - the very miracle child he had waited decades for.As they walked up Mount Moriah, Issac noticed they had the wood and the fire,but no lamb!
Abraham did assured him with a statement of profound faith "God will provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering,my son!"Abraham, didn't know how God was going to resolve the situation,but he knew the character of God!.
Brethren, when Abraham demonstrated his obedience,God provided a ram in the thicket. Abraham named the place "JEHOVAH JIREH" Which translates to " The Lord will Provide". Friends, note the three (3) Pillars of God's provision...
(1)He Knows what You need before You ask (2) Provision is often wrapped in human hands.(3) He provides what you need,not always what you want.Friends, when you find yourself in a season where your " Green Pastures" feel dry and you cannot see a way forward, remember the lesson of the shepherd,your role is not to panic,but to trust...(A) Let go of Control (B) Trust the Timing (C) Look For the Ram...... SHALOM!!!

Happy Sunday friends,"IN QUITENESS COMES MY CONFIDENCE"( Isaiah 30:15)...Despite all the happening around the world, brethren,know that true strength and unshakable confidence aren't found in the noise and hustle of the world,but in stillness of total surrendering to God!.
True peace comes when we step back,rest in His promises,and allow our quiet confidence in Him to be our foundation! We live in a culture that rewards volume,speed,and constant movement,when faced with trials,our natural human instinct is to panic, frantically hustle for answers,or try to control every outcome.
Beloved,we often rely on our own strength,which sometimes lead to anxiety,burn us out,and fear and mis-step. I have a good News for you today..God invites us to a completely different ways of living! He calls us to a place of rest.Hallelujah!
Friends,just like the struggling Nation of Israel of those days,in our text this Morning,the Prophet delivered a message just like ours today! Mind you the Nation was surrounded by treats and fears,the Israelites were frantically trying to force alliance with other Nations ( Like Egypt) for their own salvation. Brethren,are you feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of the current situation? Are you relying on your own strength and running on empty promises?
The sovereign Lord is calling me and you to a place of returning and rest!. He invites you today to step out of chaos with confidence,lay down your burdens,and lean your head upon His promises.It is there, in the quietness of His presence,that you will discover an unwavering confidence! Let His peace be your strength today... SHALOM!!!

Happy Sunday friends, trust all is well at your end.." HIS WAYS, NOT OUR WAYS" ( Isaiah 55:8-9) I cannot frame that I don't know what's going on around the world,but, let us encourage ourselves a bit. Beloved, today's topic is a profound reminder of the gap between human understanding and divine wisdom, ultimately calling us to lean into His Mercy.
Left to our own devices, humanity tends to view life through a transactional " tit-for- tat" lens,we naturally lean towards law, reciprocity and balancing the scales.Our Ways: Fickle, Limited,quick to Judge,and based on what we can see in the immediate "Now"...His Ways: Infinite, eternal,and perfectly designed for a greater, unseen redemptive purpose.
Often,we treat the phrase " His ways are not our ways" as a shrug when life goes wrong -a reminder of an unknowable,distance God! However,the contest of this phrase reveals exactly the opposite.It is a revelation of God's compassionate heart, knowing that His ways are higher than ours,calls for a shift in how we navigate our lives.
Our take home today goes thus....(1) Release the need for control (2) Abundant Pardon (3) Seek peace over Anxiety. Normally brethren,when trials come,we usually trade the question " why me"? Instead the pursuit of His wisdom and a peace that surpasses human understanding... SHALOM!!!

Happy Sunday friends and happy mother's day from this part of the world " MOTHER'S DAY BLESSINGS"( Lamentations 3:22-23) Although,if we think deeply a day is not enough to appreciate our mothers! We ought to be celebrating them every day,today, I offer nothing but prayers to honour mothers, grandmothers,and all mother figures, thanking God for their love, sacrifices,and nurturing Spirits.
I pray that God gives strength, wisdom and peace to all mothers,while we also recognize those who have lost their dearest mothers or those struggling with the challenges of parenting. Brethren,join me in praying for our dearest mothers,dead or alive!
Prayers Points...(1) Ask God to bless Mothers with strength, wisdom and joy, honouring their tireless love. (2) Focus on thanking God for the gifts of Mothers and for the courage needed to raise children (3) A blessing for tired or overwhelmed Mothers, asking for peace and comfort.(4) Let us ask for grace, kindness and strength for single mothers in our midst, struggling to raise their children.(5)A prayer for wisdom and energy for Mother's, helping them nurture their children (6) Last but not the least, Pray to God to offer comfort to those grieving about loosing their precious Mothers or those navigating difficult relationships... Congratulations to our Mothers,we appreciate all you for your unending support always... SHALOM!!!

Happy Sunday friends," LET HIM WHO IS WITHOUT SIN" (John 8:2-11) Beloved,can we tell ourselves the plain truth for once? Two many people forming saints these days,we are all familiar with the story of when Pharisees brought a woman caught in adultery,Jesus challenged them " Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone"
This statement was not intended to be a weapon for people to use when own sins are pointed out, but rather a check on hypocrisy, pointing toward the need for Mercy Judgement. Listen, the Bible only points to only Jesus Christ as truly without sin, having lived a sinless life,died for our sins,and taken away the sins of the world!
The Bible says, we have all sinned and come short of the glory of God! Although, humans often try to ignore or downplay our wrongdoing! God have Mercy! If we go deeper in the scripture ,you will see we are warned to be careful of been over righteous.Claming to have no sin is a complete self -deception that negates the truth.
From The Human Condition....(1)All have sinned (2) Self Deception (3) The Need to ask For Grace. Brethren, before you begin to conddem or looking your neighbours as sinners note that we are all sinners in need of grace,saved only by the sacrifice of the one who is truly sinless,let me round up by pointing ☝️ to a verse in the Bible that says 1 John 1:9 " If we confess our sins,He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins,and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"...... SHALOM!!!

Happy Sunday friends, "WHAT YOU DO TO THE LEAST"( Matthew 25:31-46) Brethren,note the service to the Vulnerable, Marginalized,and improverished is directly equated to serving our Lord Jesus Christ our saviour Himself.
Our text this morning describes a final judgment where, actions, not merely words or intentions,are the evidence of faith. Jesus,indentifies Himself with the hungry, thirsty, stranger,naked,sick and imprisoned.
Acts of compassion,such as feeding the hungry or welcoming the strangers,are, in reality, serving Him! The parable of the sheep and goats emphasize that failing to act- neglecting the needs in our environment,the vulnerable - is equivalent to neglecting Jesus but thinking you are religious, this can lead to severe consequences.
Beloved," The Least of these" often refers to those a times whom the society ignores,overlooks,the poor,the elderly,addicts,the sick and imprisoned. Note, " The Least" doesn't mean your fellow believers alone, but a broader mandate for all the people in need.Let me tell you the gospel truth, our wealth or status will not be taken with us if we are crossing to the grave beyond,but, if we practice the act of love this will bring the quality in us out.Loving " The Least" is not optional; It is a fundamental part of the Christian life ...... SHALOM!!!

Happy Sunday friends, " BE SOBER AND VIGILANT" (1 Peter 5:8-10) With all what is happening around the world,the believers are we supposed to Panic? God forbid! Instead, the Bible encourages the believers to be Sober - Minded ( Clear- thinking,Temperate) and Vigilant (Watchful,alert) Because the devil prowls like a roaring lion seeking to devour Christians.
This active Spiritual alertness requires resisting temptation, relying on God's strength, and maintaining focus to avoid destruction!. From our text this Morning,we found out that Sobriety is not just abstinence from alcohol,but having a calm, unhurried and serious mind.In being Clear- headed in Judgement!. Brethren, anxiety,fear and the cares of this life can intoxicate a person, making them unable to focus on God. Friends, avoid being intoxicated by success or paralyzed by failure. This are call to Sobriety; Clear- Mindness.
Beloved,the call to Vigilance: Watchfulness, vigilance means to be awake, alert,and active in prayer. It is to keep your eyes on Christ....The Threat: The enemy works through temptation, destructive desires and schemes that aim to divide, breakdown, or destroy our faith. The devil is not passive; he is "walking about"and searching for vulnerable times to attack. Be not discouraged, for while we're called to be vigilant, we are not alone! The God of all grace will strengthen and established us.Keep your eyes on Christ and resist the enemy,and he will flee.... SHALOM!!!

Happy Sunday friends, " ALL POWER BELONGS TO GOD" (Psalm 62:10-11,12) Beloved, who is that person telling you he/ she is powerful,who is fooling who that as a country/ continent they are the most powerful in the world? You want to hear the gospel truth! All power belongs to God Almighty! This is the foundational truth, God's supreme authority over heaven and earth, transcending human strength,wealth, economic or military or position.
This power is eternal, absolute and it's used for deliverance,Mercy and Justice! Believers,must trust in Him rather than in earthly power. According to our verse today we found out that (1) God is the Source of all power (2) Limitation of Earthly Power (3) The balance of Power and Mercy. (4) Authority Given to Jesus Christ, check & read ( Matthew 28:18).
Knowing all power belongs to God enables Christian to overcome fear, bullies,face challenges,and rely on divine provision,rather than selfish ambition or human boasting or strength. Friends,true maturity is acknowledging that we are all merely resources in His sight and we are never going to be the source! When you feel overwhelmed or powerless over a situation or circumstances,can I have a witness in the house?! "Go directly to the top" to your Father... SHALOM!!!

Happy Sunday friends and Happy Easter Sunday to you all "THE EMPTY TOMB: A SYMBOL OF VICTORY" ( Matthew 28:6) Beloved,the empty tomb is the definitive symbol of Christian victory, representing the moment death was "Swallowed up" and the power of the grave was broken, while the cross represents the sacrifice for sin.
Brethren,the empty tomb represents validation of that sacrifice and the triumph of life over death, victory over the final enemy death which is often described as the " Last Enemy" or a "veil" over all nations.
The empty tomb is the physical proof that this enemy has been defeated, note,the rock was not rolled away to let Jesus out! Come on now, but to let a broken world look in and see that the grave could not hold Him! This empty tomb serves as a " divine receipt" proving that the full price for our salvation has been paid Hallelujah!
Saints,this is victory over sin and Guilt.
Our take away this morning goes thus (1) Justification (2) Freedom from chains.
The power of the resurrection is not just a historical event but a present reality for modern struggles like (A) Reviving death dreams (B) Courage in adversity (C) A guaranteed of future hope. Just to mention a few because of time. The good news to take home is, the grave is no longer the final destination; it as become a transition to eternal life with God, have a blessed and a pleasant holidays folks, but, stay safe always... SHALOM!!!

Happy Sunday friends & happy Palm Sunday as we are heading towards another blessed Easter Celebration. " EVERY CARELESS TALK SHALL BE JUDGED"( Matthew 12:36-37) Note, every careless,idle,or unhelpful words spoken will be accounted for on the day of judgment,as words reveal the true state of the heart.
Jesus, pointed this out for us,as our speech justify or condemn us , making it a critical indicator of our Spiritual condition and devotion to Christ. Someone will say pastor,I watched what I say when I am in places of worship,or when I am praying and fasting! Far from it folks, even at your homes, offices,in the group, associations and on Social Media.Jesus used the Greek word Argos meaning " lazy", " Unemployed" or " Useless" These are not just vile words,but thoughtless, flippant,or unhelpful remarks-" hot takes" and gossip that required no effort but cause great harm.
Beloved, don't feel words are neutral; They are the "Overflow of the heart" If you are a good person,you will bring good things out of the good stored up in your heart, while evil words reveal a corrupted heart. God keeps the record,and every word will be scrutinized.The judgement focuses on how we all used our tongue to build up or destroy, impacting our eternal standing or reward. Brethren,the solution is a complete transformed heart through hearing sound Gospel not watered down, allowing the Holy -Spirit to change the root so the fruit- our words- becomes wholesome and life- giving, making the Stewardship of our pronouncement speech a vital part of walking with God... SHALOM!!!
