Among the 114 Sūrahs of the Glorious Qur’an, which Sūrah contains two Bismillāhs (بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ)?

In one of his writings, ibn Taymiyah said:

As for sins, no one should try to excuse himself by blaming them on Allah's qadr. Rather, they should not commit the sin, and if they do commit it then should repent from it just as Adam did.

In this vein, some scholars have said that there are two types of sins: the sin of Adam and the sin of Iblis. For Adam repented and then Allah turned to him in repentance, chose him and guided him. But Iblis persisted in sin and blamed his sin on Qadr.

So whoever repents from his sin resembles his father Adam, but whoever persists and blames it on qadr resembles Iblis.

Ibn Taymiyah said about surah al-Ma'idah: ❝Out of all the surahs in the Qur'an, surah al-Ma'idah brings together the most legislative details concerning what is permissible, what is impermissible, what is commanded, and what is forbidden. That is why the Prophet said: It is the last part of the Qur'an to be revealed so treat what it makes permissible as permissible and what it makes impermissible as impermissible.❞
