MAO Events Cultural Association "M.A.O. EVENTS"

made by Students for Students. What is M.A.O.? How did we come up with this idea?

Founded in April 2015, MAO EVENTS is a Non-Profit Cultural Association, which aims at giving students of the Tourism, Sport and Event Management Faculty of Bruneck the opportunity to meet outside the university walls, by regularly organizing different events for their entertainment and aggregation. The range of events will go across post-lectures aperitifs, cultural meetings and, last but definite

ly not least, indoor and outdoor parties. Our fairytale is not as different as the traditional ones, it all started with a good and fresh beer. It was a cold and rainy winter afternoon in the peaceful city of Bruneck, when three students of the Free University Of Bolzano started to think how they could twist a little bit the “Brunecker Unilife”. gianluca Marchesoni, christian Abate and edoardo Oss really wanted to find something captivating that could easily shake up the students’ ordinary life, reason why they ended up founding and registering their Association “M.A.O EVENTS” in April. You may wonder, where the hell does our name come from? That’s easy: it’s the acronym of our surnames.
