The followers of German Missionary Ringeltaube started here LMS LP School in 1862 at Amaravila for providing educational facilities to poor people. It was very small institution nearby Amaravila church with limited teachers. In 1947 with the help of Rev.D.S.Sahayadas and congregation of C.S.I Church Amaravila contributed lot, to commence the present U.P.School.The school was taken by L.M.S Corpora

te Management along with many other schools and upgraded as High School in 1979 with the grace of Most Rev.Dr. Yesudasan. of Kerala upgraded this institution as Higher Secondary School
