یکم محرم الحرام، یوم شہادت امیرالمومنین خلیفہ دوم حضرت عــــــــــمـــــــــــــــــــر ابنِ الخطابؓ۔

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآله وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَوْ كَانَ بَعْدِي نَبِيٌّ لَكَانَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ۔

ترجمہ:
رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا:

اگر میرے بعد کوئی نبی ہوتا تو وہ عمر بن خطابؓ ہوتے-

(سنن ترمذی:3686)

کل کے شیطان کا مسئلہ وجود عمرؓ تھا، آج کے شیطان کا مسئلہ مخالفت عمرؓ ہے۔
