Jesus said " Love thy neighbour as thy self " in Matthew 22:37-39. And in Mark 12:31.It is the greatest of commandments...as we all know..and preach in several sermons.
God our Father , several years ago said the same lines in a different way! In Leviticus 19:18 . You shall not take revenge, or bear a grudge,against the sons of your own people,but you shall love your neighbor as thy self ! I AM THE LORD..
IN ROMANS, 13: 8-10 Paul sums up this line like " Owe no one any thing except to love each other,for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law. For the commandments" You shall not committ adultery,you shall not murder, you shall not steal, you shall not covet" are summed up in this word " You shall love your neighbor as yourself,therefore love is fulfilling of the law. .
Well..,so far so good 😊. Confusion started when Jesus said these lines to a clever lawyer in the Gospel of Luke..,(10:25-30) .The lawyer, knew this law ,rather perfectly , but to justify himself( whatever that means) ,questions "And who is my neighbour"? ( Ha ha😊 forgive me guys ..I am exasperated!! ) ? But Jesus came up with a beautiful parable of Good Samaritan so patiently ... Love you Jesus!
Story is much too familiar to all of us !! Not going into detail..
Three things..are made clear here .Love thine enemy, any one is your neighbour.! A Jew and a Samaritan ..not bosom friends, Jew had an attitude,but beaten up by thrives , Samaritan, considered an enemy by the jew , a passer by, humbles himself to dress his wounds with (Oil and Wine are costly then and now too) , ,goes out of way to spend his own little bit of money, carries him, giving him time, to be with him , while others look the other way ...
Jesus catches us red handed here ! ...To say " ayyo" is not love...To get involved to some unknown troubled person is Love..To spend some time for them is Love.To show mercy is Love ..
I remember Our beloved PASTOR RAJA HEBEL donating 50K to an unknown person suffering from post Covid deadly fungal infection, sustaining several peripheral unknown Pastors ,for several months during those difficult days with the help of other like minded grateful to God people ! And the only one to come home and pray for my sick husband , While others said just "Ayyoo". So....
Love Thy neighbour is not a confusing ,difficult line .. It's just one's nature ,which takes after Jesus Christ 's. " My yoke is easy , my burden is light" That comes easy if we trust Jesus and read His Word and decide to obey ..

Jesus said that He is coming back ...sure , He never breaks his promises .. not until now. His prophecy also came through. But suspense is getting the worst out of us ,or should I say " best ?'' To keep us in tracks ! until He appears as a thief.. For God'sake 😅.. Let us take it seriously! Love thy neighbour! In real sense , not to just sermonise !!. love you all guys .. wish we can have a get together , at least virtually !!!

Synagogues...
We all know that synagogues are jewish worship places. Let us know how they came to exist!
Synagogue comes directly from a Greek Word, meaning " Gathering". In the Bible , a synagogue Is any group of people ,who meet together for worship. Just when the synagogue meetings began, is uncertain, but they may have begun,after the Babylonians defeated Judah and took many of the Jewish people away in 586 BC. While in Babylonia, the people could not worship or offer sacrifices to God in Jerusalem,so they were forced to find different ways to worship.
Later , the Jewish people began moving to other parts of the world, especially to Egypt, Greece,and areas known today as Turkey and southern Russia..They also began meeting together for worship, study and to keep their group identity..These meetings called synagogues,continued in their own land ,even when the Selucid Kings forced them to worship Greek gods . One of these was Antiochus lV Epiphanes, who ruled palestine from175 to 164 BC.,calling himself god
Jewish Preistly family ,the Maccabees led revolt against him and gained freedom, but, caused divisions among their people. Some of them were not content just to go to temple for worship,. They met in homes and public rooms to study scriptures, and find the real meaning of their lives as God's people !
This was the situation during the life time of Jesus.,where jews met in places of prayer. ( Mark 1:21; 6:2)Acts 1:12-14; 9:2-20; 13:5 )
After the Romans destroyed the Temple,in AD 70, synagogues became even more prominent places of worship, throughout the Mediterranean world, as we see Paul in Ephesus Acts 19:8-10. .
By 2 nd and 3 rd century AD, houses were remodelled as new worship places , still called the Synagogues in the countries bordering the Mediterranean sea!

DISCLAIMER.!

Causual churches! Casualties like members ! Some one sings for us! some one prays , and some else preaches! We sit and listen.we don't worship with our hearts and souls ! We don't respond to the pastor with devotion in our hearts while going through the worship Book ! Those lines have become boring , Lord prayer is just a mere mumble and a dry run ! We are just mute .. Service gets over , no debating ,no questioning, but just a casual greetings follows! There isn't any love what so ever .Just casual 👋👋 hello hello ! .Time bound worships , time bound sermons until another such event.! Pastor is a puppet going Solo through the communion service !.. I guess all his great expectations from the congregation have died down !
End of the service , people like me beg the Lord for forgiveness,and leave the church , wondering why I attended the service in the first place...

I could be quite stupid to think that love exists among christian people ! How can there be such an element , when there are 36000 denominations or more ? Church is people ! Believing in a single one and only saviour Christ Jesus ! Can his body have so many organs, with perfect coordination ? Is that possible ?

Self styled Apostles, self styled prophets , delivering self-styled ,non biblical sermons and twisting the Word of God are trend setters !
This practice has become,so common that people are no longer aware of it ! Their followers can give their lives for them if not for Jesus himself !
Everyone knows Jesus is coming back ,for his people...wonder if he will find any !!
Please forgive us Jesus I pray, ,just as you forgave the stiff necked Sons of Jacob ! 😢

Daily Faith is to believe that His mercies are new every morning !
You wake up feeling miserable,dejected and forgotten by every one .. But go to His Word and read Him saying " I will never leave you nor forsake you " . That ' s enough to pull you thru the day and get back your courage ,and strength.
Be with Him who has time for us and ready with his right hand stretched out for us ,the minute we need him . Thank you Jesus.

చీకటి వెలుగులు ..
చీకటిఎవరికీ ఇష్టం ఉండదు. వెలుగు ఎంత సత్యమో , చీకటి అంతే సత్యం . కానీ రెండూ ఒకదానికొకటి పరిపూర్ణంగా వ్యతిరేకం ..
పాపం , చెడు, చీకటితో ముడి పడి ఉన్నాయి. చీకటిలో మనిషి తాను ఎక్కడికి వెళ్ళేది , ఏమి చేసేది అర్ధం చేసుకోలేదు. తేటగా చూడలేని మనిషి విచక్షణా శక్తి కోల్పోతాడు. నైతికత్వం, ప్రేమ, కృప,సత్యాలు వెలుగుతో ముడిపడి ఉన్నాయి.
తాను బ్రహ్మాండాన్ని సృష్టం చేసినపుడు, దేవుడు ఈ రెండిటినీ పూర్తిగా వేరు పరచాడు.. సృష్టి ఒక వెలుగు ( ఆవెలుగు మంచిదని దేవుడు చూచెను ఆది కాండం1:4) . ఆ వెలుగులో తను సృజించిన మనుషుడు నిలిచి ఉండాలనే దేవ దూతలు కూడా సమీపించ టానికి కూడా వెరచే వెలుగుతో, తేజస్సుతో ఉన్న దేవుడు , తన స్వరూపంలో మానవుడిని సృజించాడు.. ఆదాము universe చివరి వరకు చూసే శక్తి కలిగి ఉండే వాడని ఎక్కడో చదివినట్టు జ్ఞాపకం( ఆది బైబిల్ లో లేదనుకోండి)
కానీ చెడుగు ( చీకటి దూత అయిన సాతాను) దేవుని స్వరూపంలో ఉన్న హవ్వను మోసగించినపుడు దేవుని ఆజ్ఞను మీరినపుడు, వారిలో చీకటి లక్షణాలు ప్రవేశించటం మొదలైనాయి.. దేవుని నుండి దాక్కోవటం, అబద్ధాలు చెప్పటం , ఒకరిమీద ఒకరు నిందలు వేయటం ,చెయ్యవద్దన్న పనులు చేయటం etc. ఆ లక్షణాలు ఇప్పటి వరకు మానవుడిలో కోన సాగుతూ ఉన్నాయని మనకు తెలిసినదే...
మరలా ఇంకో మారు ఆ చీకటి వైపుకు మరలి పోయిన మనుష్యులను, తన వెలుగులోనికి తిరిగి తీసుకు రావాలని చేసిన, చేస్తూ ఉన్న ప్రయత్నాలను గురించి , తెలిపేదే మనకు ఆయన కృపతో అనుగ్రహించిన పవిత్ర గ్రంథం .. దేవుని నమ్మని పామరులు , ఆయన ప్రేమ తత్వాన్ని అర్థం చేసుకోలేని వారు , ఆయన్ని దూషిస్తారు .

మన కోసం తనను తాను బలిగా సమర్పించుకుని, మనలోని చీకటినంతా( చెడు) తానే భరించి,మనలను తిరిగి ఆ వెలుగు లోనికి ,తనకు సమీపస్తులుగా ఉంచుకోవాలని , ఆయన సిలువ త్యాగాన్ని అర్ధం చేసుకోలేని మూర్ఖులు ఆయన్ని నిందిస్తారు .

ఈ చీకటి ,వెలుగు శక్తుల మధ్య(,truth and chaos) నిరంతరం యుద్ధం జరుగుతున్న విషయం కూడా బైబిల్ మనకు తెలుపుతూ ఉన్నది .యోహాను సువార్త 1:5 ( The light shines shines in the darkness ,and the darkness has not overcome it )
John 8:12-- I am the Light of the World! Who ever follows me will never Walk in darkness ) John 3:19-21-- People whose deeds are evil walk in darkness). దుష్కార్యము చేయు ప్రతి వాడును వెలుగును ద్వేషించుచు, తన క్రియలు దుష్కార్యములుగా కనపడకుండునట్లు వెలుగు దగ్గరకు రాడు " అని స్పష్టంగా స్వయాన ప్రభువే చెపుతున్నాడు.
ఈ చీకటి వెలుగుల సంగ్రామంలో మనం ద్విమనస్కులు కాక , వెలుగు స్వరూపి అయి, మరణo అనే చీకటిని జయించి మృత్యుంజయుడు గా తిరిగి లేచిన మన క్రీస్తువైపుకే చూస్తూ ముందుకు నడుద్దాం . ఎల్లప్పుడూ జయం వెలుగుదే సుమా! . .ఇక సెలవు .. మళ్ళీ దేవుని చిత్తమైతే మరో devotion తో కలుద్దాం !

ZION.. The word we utter so often and read about in the Bible . But ,really the exact meaning of Zion is uncertain ! It may be related to the Hebrew word that means " dry place " or an Arbic word that means " hill top "or "mountain ridge".. Zion has come to stand for a number of different things.. The first meaning has to do with its original location.. Archaeological evidence and biblical descriptions point to the ridge immediately south-east of the temple Mount area.zion also stands for the city of Jerusalem.Isaiah 51:3;64, 10, 11; Jeremiah 3:14-17; zaphania 3:14,15.
The first mention of Zion in the Bible is in 2nd Samuel5:6-9.It describes how Israel's King David, captures the hill top fortress known as Zion in the city of Jerusalem..At that time , Jerusalem belonged to the people called the Jebusites,and was thought to be unconquerable. But David moved to Jerusalem and made it the capital of United Israel..He had the sacred Chest kept on the mount Zion which also came to be known as the city of David.( 1st Kings 8:1-2),But his son Solomon moved it into the Temple he built . Eventually the Lord's s dwelling place of the Lord Mount Zion is known to be the most Holy place, the central worship for GOD ' s people.

In the New Testament, Apostle Paul compares Zion to the people of Israel. (Romans 9:30-33 ), using Prophet Isaiah 's words about a stone set in zion as the Messaiah. The writer of 1st Peter uses the same words to compare Jesus to the living stone of Zion, and his followers,to living stones that are used to build a spiritual house , the Church !1st Peter 2:4-6.
Revelation 14:1 describes Zion as a place , where God lives among his faithful people !!

Hi dear friends Very good morning... మళ్ళీ ఇంకో మారు దేవుడు , మనం కలుసుకునే అవకాశం కల్పించాడు ,తన వాక్యం ద్వారా... అయినా ఆయన వాక్యం కోసం టైమ్ ఏమిటి లెండి ? ఆ వాక్యమే మనలను నడిపిస్తూ ఉందని మనం పాడుతున్నప్పుడు, సమయాసమయాలతో మనకు పని ఏమిటి ?
ఇంతకీ ఈ కాలపు చర్చి లలో జరిగే ఒక వింత , ఈ రోజు నా మనసులోకి వచ్చింది .మనం ఆపోస్టోలుల క్రీడ్ చదివేటప్పుడు గాని , .పరలోక ప్రార్థన చేసేటప్పుడు గాని , లేక పాపపు ఒప్పుకోలు ప్రార్థన కానివ్వండి, ప్రభుబల్ల ముందు ధ్యాన పూర్వకంగా మనలను , మనం పరీక్షించుకుంటూ నిదానంగా దాన్ని మనసుతో చదవక పోవడం , గొంతులెత్తి హృదయపూర్వకంగా ,ఆయనపైన మనసు పెట్టీ మరీ ప్రార్థనా పూర్వకంగా రిసైట్ చెయ్యడం అసలు మానేశాం. ( అన్ని churches లో అలా. కాదను కోండి ,కానీ చాలా సంఘాల్లో ఇలాగే జరుగుతూ ఉంది ) ఏదో ఆది వర్షిప్ బుక్ లో భాగం కాబట్టి , చదివేసి , ఎవరో తరుముకొని వచ్చినట్టు , దాన్ని క్యాజువల్ గా రిపీట్ చేసే రోజులు ఇవి.,
కాదంటారా ? చాలామంది సభ్యులు అదొక సీక్రెట్ అయినట్టు తమలో తాము గొణుక్కోవడం కూడా జరుగుతుంది.. మీరు నోటీస్ చేసుకున్నారో లేదో నాకయితే తెలియదు . ఇప్పుడీ వర్షిప్ టీమ్స్ రావటం తో , గొంతులెత్తి, ఆయన్ను స్తుతించడం కూడా అరుదై పోయింది ...
మనం టైమ్ బౌండ్ people . చర్చికి లేట్ గా రావటం , ఒక అలవాటై పోయింది.దేవుడు మనకు ప్లాన్ B అయిపోయాడు. Worship తర్వాత , పాస్టర్ గారి వాక్యం సగం అయిపోయిం తరవాత , లేకపోతే ప్రేమ విందు కు ముందు వచ్చి , ఫ్యామిలీ తో లంచ్ చేసి వెళ్ళిపోవడం , 😃, ఇవి జరగటం లేదూ ? ఎవరైనా దీన్ని గూర్చి ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నారా , లేక దేవుడే చూసుకుంటాడులే అని ignore చేస్తున్నారా? ఒక వేళ అలాగాయితే , ఆది సంఘ discipline ki వ్యతిరేకం కాదూ ? సంఘంలో కూడా ఒక పద్ధతీ , బాధ్యత మనకు లేదా ? సభ్యులూ , పెద్దలూ ఇది గమనించమని నా మనవి ....
