The will of God is the Word of God

There are three areas that God wants to address in our life

1. Desire of God
2. Decree of God
3. Demand of God

All of us have a personal will and most of our personal will is driven by fear, pride, lust and more

Desire of God
Its God's desire for us to be sinless (Genesis 4:7)
Its God's desire for us to love Him (Luke 10:27)
Its God's desire for us to have good health (3 John 2)
Its God's desire for us to get wisdom (Proverbs 4:7)
Its God's desire for us to have peace (Isaiah 48:18)

Decree of God
The decree of God is perfect
It is the decree of God that you must be born again
It is the decree of God that you must be led by the Holy Spirit
It is the decree of God that you must be holy (1 Peter 1:16)

Demand of God
Micah 6:6-8
-Do Justice
-Love Kindness
-Walk in Humility

Our status is a forgiven person, forgiven by the saving grace of God

We are saved by grace, but we live by faith (Romans 1:17)

Why do we -believers- keep sinning, backsliding, and grow cold in faith?

Because of guilt

Guilt is a total remorse that engages our spirit, soul and behaviour

Lot of guilt has been deposited in our lives throughout the years.

Guilt brings thoughts of su***de. Everything might be going well on the surface, but deep inside the guilt kills the person.

What you sow, so you reap (Galatians 6:7)
If you give grief to the innocent, in return you will get guilt

How to resolve this?

Jesus Christ has taken our guilt and shame
(Leviticus 5:18, Isaiah 53:10)

Time does not heal guilt, Only Jesus Christ can remove the guilt and shame

God is ready to give you another chance, provided you are willing to change.

There are many who do not know who Jesus Christ is and are on the highway to hell. We have been given the mission to share the Gospel with all creation. (Mark 16:15)

Do you have the burden inside you for the people who are not saved?

God has placed you where you are for a reason. You are there to share the joy that you are enjoying in Christ.

Preaching the gospel is not an option, its an obligation and a necessity (Acts 10:42)

The word of God is like a hammer. It breaks through the solid rocks, no matter what the rock is made of.
We have to use the word of God and keep hammering the rock and not give up. (Jeremiah 23:29)

Its not about knowing the Word, but using the Word of God. Perseverance and we won't see defeat.

We cannot share the Gospel by our own strength, we need the help of the precious Holy Spirit.

Be free Be healed

A merry heart does good, like medicine, But a broken spirit dries the bones.
Proverbs 17:22

Every car has the same chassis (frame of the vehicle) but the engine and design is different.

When the chassis is broken, only the manufacturer can repair it. When our spirit is filled with wounds and sorrows, only the Creator can heal it.

Issues like adultery, divorce, broken relationships etc can cause sorrows in the spirit. And these sorrows open doors to demonic spirits in a person's life. These sorrows lead to a sense of abandonment and loneliness.

These sorrows will remain in our spirit until and unless we face them.

There is hope
Jesus Christ is the hope
the Healer of our wounds and sorrows

But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
James 1:22
