“ श्री गुरु चरन सरोज रज , निज मनु मुकुरू सुधारि वरनउँ रघुबर बिमल जसु , जो दायकु फल चारि ॥
बुद्धिहीन तनु जानिके , सुमिरौ पवन कुमार I बल बुद्धि विद्या देहु मोहि , हरहु कलेस विकार ॥ “


HANUMAN JI says, “I have no space for rest till I complete the job of Lord Shree Ram. I am not tired because working for my Lord Shri Ram is my passion, it gives me utter satisfaction. I have no fear about dignity, rest or bodily happiness and any fear of the senior and junior while fulfilling my duties towards the accomplishments of my Lord Rama. My only need is that I could complete task of my Lord. Here he showed the loyalty towards his lord. He also showed the respect to Bhrama he allowed that armour of Bhrama to attack him subsequently tied him. He is bestowed with blessing and power to nullify the effect of any armour. He honored the creator and saved image of the Bhrama. He tolerated the pain and kept his cool only for his Lord.”
It was his valour during his journey to Lanka. It was his justice he allowed Ravan’son to tie him saved the honour of Bhrama. It was his knowledge in dialogue with Ravana. It was his prayer when he gave the Prabhu Muderika to Maa Sita. Hanuman was born to Anjana, a female vanara, and Kesari, a male vanara, near Trimbakeshwar, Maharashtra. His mother was an apsara who was born on Earth as a female vanara due to a curse. She would be redeemed from this curse on her giving birth to an incarnation of Lord Shiva, who is also known as Rudra, and endowed with the Supreme Power of exalted devotion to Bhagwan Hari. Hanuman is endowed with 28 transcendental divine opulences, with perfection in each.

The Distance Between The Sun and Earth mentioned in Hanuman Chalisa:

One is the most interesting and scientifically based fact from Hanuman Chalisa is that it gave the exact distance between the Sun and Earth accurately. Hanuman Chalisa was written by Tulsidas in Awadhi language who belongs to the 15th century, which means the distance between Sun and Earth has been calculated much more accurately than the 17th-century scientists.

Composer of Hanuman Chalisa: Tulsi Das

Hanuman Chalisa was composed by Tulsidas, a 15th-century poet-saint who was also philosopher and reformer. Tulsidas is also renowned for his devotion to Shri Rama. Goswami Tulasidas composed Hanumaan Chalisa in 40 days in Jail of Third Mughal Emperor Jalaluddin Muhammad Akbar. At the age of 63 years, Goswami Tulasi Das was captured by Third Mughal Emperor Jalaluddin Mahummad Akabar in 1560 A.D. Tulsidas has written this to inspire spiritual aspirants to become devotees of Lord Rama so that they are blessed and protected by Hanuman, and are spiritually progressing.

The Miracle of Chanting Hanuman Chalisa:

Akbar had summoned Sant Tulsi Das, who was later brought in front of the tyrant Akbar. He was asked to perform a miracle to which Tulsi Das declined by saying: “It’s a lie, all I know is Sri Rama”. So, Akbar imprisoned Tulsi Das at Fatehpur Sikri saying, ”We will see this Rama”.

However, Tulsi Das refused to bow down to Akbar and wrote the Hanuman Chalisa in praise of Sri Hanuman. He chanted this for forty days and on the 40th day, suddenly an army of giant monkeys descended upon Fatehpur Sikri, unleashing havoc in all corners of the town, entering each home as well as Akbar’s harem, scratching people and throwing bricks.

An old Hafiz told Akbar that this was the miracle of the Hindu fakir. Akbar immediately fell at the feet of Tulsi Das, apologized and freed him. Tulsi Das stopped the menace of the monkeys and told Akbar to leave the place.
