യേശു നമ്മെ രക്ഷിക്കാൻ വെറും ശ്രമം നടത്തി നോക്കുകയായിരുന്നില്ല; മറിച്ചു അവൻ നമ്മെ രക്ഷിപ്പാൻ ചെയ്യേണ്ടിയതു മുഴുവൻ നിറവേറ്റുകയായിരുന്നു.

ക്രൂശിൽ തൂങ്ങികിടന്നു കൊണ്ട് മരിക്കുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് യേശു വിളിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു, "സകലവും നിവർത്തിയായി"

അതെ.. സകലവും നിവർത്തിയായി.

തന്നിൽ വിശ്വസിച്ചു തന്നെ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നവർ നിത്യജീവൻ, ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ദാനമായി, പ്രാപിക്കുവാൻ തടസ്സമായി ഇനി ഒന്നുമില്ല.

നമ്മുടെ പ്രവർത്തിദോഷം മൂലം അടയപെട്ട സ്വർഗ്ഗീയ പിതാവിങ്കലേക്കുള്ള വഴി പുത്രൻ മുഖാന്തിരം തുറക്കപെട്ടു.

യേശു പറഞ്ഞു, 'ഞാൻ തന്നെ വഴിയും സത്യവും ജീവനുമാകുന്നു. ഞാൻ മുഖാന്തിരമല്ലാതെ ആരും പിതാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ എത്തുന്നില്ല .'

"..ഞാൻ മക്കളില്ലാത്തവനായി നടക്കുന്നു.." ദൈവത്തോടു സന്ദേഹപ്പെടുന്നത് മറ്റാരും അല്ല, വിശ്വാസികളുടെ പിതാവെന്നു ദൈവം പിൽക്കാലത്തു വിശേഷിപ്പിച്ച അബ്രഹാമാണ്. ദൈവം അബ്രഹാമിനെ പുറത്തേക്കു വിളിച്ചു. എന്നിട്ട് മുകളിലേക്ക് നോക്കി നക്ഷ്ത്രങ്ങളെ എണ്ണുവാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. അബ്രഹാം എണ്ണുവാൻ ആരംഭിച്ചോ എന്നത് വ്യക്തമല്ല. അത് സാധ്യമല്ല എന്ന് നല്ല ബോധ്യമുള്ളവനായിരിക്കണം അബ്രഹാം. പക്ഷെ ദൈവം ഇപ്രകാരം പറഞ്ഞു, "..നിന്റെ സന്തതി ഇവ്വണ്ണം ആകും..". വാഗ്ദത്തം ചെയ്ത ദൈവം സൃഷ്ടിച്ച അനന്തവിഹായസ്സ് നോക്കിയ അബ്രഹാം ഒരു നിമിഷം സൃഷ്ടിതാവിന്റെ മഹത്വത്തെ കുറിച്ചോർത്തു നിമഗ്നതയോടെ നിന്ന് പോയി.

ഒരിക്കൽ ദൈവ ശബ്ദം കേട്ടിറങ്ങിത്തിരിച്ച ദൈവ പൈതലാകാം നാമോരോരുത്തരും. കാലത്തിന്റെ കുത്തൊഴുക്കിനിടയിൽ നമ്മുടെ ദൈവ വചനത്തിലുള്ള വിശ്വാസം അന്യം നിന്നു പോയിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന് ശോധന ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് അവശ്യമാണ്. അബ്രഹാം ദൈവശബ്ദം കേട്ടിറങ്ങിത്തിരിച്ച വ്യക്തിയായിരുന്നു. അബ്രഹാം താൻ വിശ്വസിച്ചു പോരുന്ന പാരമ്പര്യ വിശ്വാസകർമങ്ങളെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു താൻ കേട്ട ദൈവശബ്ദത്തെ വിശ്വസിച്ചു സർവ്വശക്തനായ അദൃശ്യദൈവത്തെ തന്നെ അനുസരിച്ചു ഇറങ്ങി തിരിച്ചു. അന്ന് അബ്രഹാമിനു ദൈവം ഒരു ശബ്ദമായി വെളിപ്പെട്ടെങ്കിൽ ഇന്നു നമുക്കു ദൈവവചനമായി വെളിപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

അബ്രാഹാമേ നീ നിന്റെ ദൈവത്തെ അവിശ്വസിച്ചു നിന്റെ ചുറ്റുപാടും നടക്കുന്ന സംഭവങ്ങളെ വച്ചു ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ശക്തിയെ അളക്കരുത്. ദൈവം സർവ്വശക്തനല്ലോ. മാറുവാൻ ദൈവം മനുഷ്യനല്ല. നീ ഇപ്പോൾ നിൽക്കുന്ന ഇടത്ത് നിന്നും ദൈവത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കലേക്കുള്ള ക്ഷണം നീ കേൾക്കുന്നുവോ. അതെ നിന്നിൽ വന്നു പോയ അവിശ്വാസത്തെ ചികിൽസ്സിക്കുവാൻ ദൈവം നിന്നെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു. ദൈവം തന്റെ ശക്തിയെ കുറിച്ചു നിന്നെ ഓർമപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.

ജീവിതത്തിനു അർത്ഥമുണ്ടാക്കാൻ നെട്ടോട്ടമോടുന്ന ഒരു ലോകത്തിൽ, ലോകത്തിന്റെ അതേ മാതൃക പിന്തുടർന്നു ദൈവവചനത്തിനുള്ളിൽ നിന്നുകൊണ്ടു ചിന്തിക്കാൻ കൂട്ടാക്കാതെ വചനത്തെ അവിശ്വസിച്ചു പുറംകാൽ കൊണ്ട് തട്ടിക്കളയുന്ന ആധുനിക ഉപഭോഗസംസ്കാരം നമ്മിൽ ഗ്രസിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്നു ശോധന ചെയ്താൽ നമുക്ക് നല്ലതു. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കാറ്റത്ത്‌ പാറിപ്പോകുന്ന പതിർ പോലെ എന്ന വിശേഷണം നമ്മെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അതേ ദൈവവചനം നമ്മെ ഓർമപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.

പതിരും നെല്ലും പുറമേ ഒരു പോലെയെങ്കിലും കൃഷിക്കാരൻ നെല്ല് വേർതിരിച്ചെടുക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും.

അന്തരീക്ഷം മാറും; മനുഷ്യർ മാറും; ഫാഷനുകൾ മാറും; ആശയങ്ങൾ മാറും; രാഷ്ട്രിയം മാറും; ഭരണാധികാരികൾ മാറും; കരാറുകൾ മാറും; തലമുറകൾ മാറും;

പുത്തൻ പൂക്കൾ പൂക്കും; പഴയ പൂക്കൾ വാടും .

എന്നാൽ ദൈവവചനം ഒരിക്കലും മാറി പോകുന്നില്ല--സകലത്തിൻറെയും ആദിയും അന്തവും;
ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതും ഇപ്പോൾ ഉള്ളതും ഇനി വരുവാനുള്ളതും ദൈവവചനമല്ലോ.
..ആദിയിൽ വചനം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു,
ഇന്ന് വചനം നിലനിൽക്കുന്നു,
ഭാവിയിൽ വചനം നിലനിന്നീടും...

Seasons changes; People changes; Fashions changes; Ideas changes; Politics changes; Rulers changes; Agreements changes; Generations changes;
New flowers bloom; old ones fades;

But WORD OF GOD never changes --The Aplha and Omega of everything.

In the present there is the WORD OF GOD;
In the future will be the WORD OF GOD...

Unless GOD counts one righteous, how can one be righteous? If you are counted righteous by GOD, then how can you judge your neighbor?

Once we were poor sinners. Then now if we received grace of GOD, its not on our merit. In fact nobody have the merit to be counted as righteous by GOD. We are just unholy beings having unholy deeds and desires as all in the earth do have.

But by faith in Christ, you receive grace of GOD. By Grace of GOD alone you will be counted righteous. If you are standing on the grace of GOD, then show mercy to those around you who are still stumbling. Don't blame the one who stumbles. Remember our Lord Jesus who prayed on the cross, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." (Luke 23:34)

If we still judge our neighbors we are disrespecting GOD who showed mercy on us. Brothers and Sisters, we are not here to judge the world. Love unconditionally. Because we received that love through Christ. Show love. Show mercy. The love of JESUS by which we live. The Mercy of GOD on which we stand.

But friend, if you have not experienced this love of Jesus Christ, believe in Jesus for your salvation and get baptized in the name of JESUS.

JESUS died for your unrighteousness. Not only yours, but for whole mankind in the world. Those who confess JESUS as their personal Savior and Lord, they will be declared righteous in the sight of GOD. How? Death of JESUS is the sacrifice before GOD for man. There is no other way to be saved but through JESUS. He is the ONE AND ONLY righteous man who has stepped on this earth. He had no sin. Yet he gave himself to die on the cross. And that is for our salvation. Without Jesus no one can become righteous before GOD Almighty. Self-righteousness is not the way to become righteous in the eyes of GOD. Man cannot find GOD by his own ways. It is GOD who came in search of man and opened the way through Jesus Christ. Because HE loves you.

'Jesus said, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.' (John 14:6)

Jesus said, 'Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.' (Matthew 5:3)

'If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.' (Romans 10:9-10)
Once you are saved you have to follow Jesus in this world. For Jesus said,"I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." (John 8:12)
And that is the specialty of JESUS. He gave commandments to live. But HE first saved man by his death. So that the redeemed man could follow the light and have fellowship with Holy Spirit of GOD.

JESUS LOVES YOU. HE IS THE TRUTH TO BE SOUGHT-AFTER.
JESUS GIVES YOU LIFE.

Praise the LORD for the HAPPY NEW YEAR.
Welcome to a fresh year 2016.
A brief thought for this year.

Let us examine ourselves in this new beginning..
Are we really a hypocrite or a true believer?

Its hard to discern the hypocrisy and real truth. Both appear alike externally.
But internally, the hypocrite is not the one what he appears externally. Or in other words, we can speak truth outside without really knowing the truth. You can speak righteousness without being righteous. You can cry out loud without actually meaning so. But GOD sees the actual internal being. HE needs the truth. And GOD IS TRUE.

Matthew 6 deals with the danger of hypocrisy.
If you serve Christ, don't just think you are doing so, DO IT REALLY.

1 John 1:6 tells 'If we claim to have fellowship with him (GOD) and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.'
1 John 2:4 tells 'Whoever says, "I know him," but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person'

JESUS said, 'No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.' Matthew 6:24
In Matthew chapter 6 JESUS says that if you still lead a life seeking money and believe in it and say that it is the way of thinking, then your eyes are blind and, your whole body is in darkness. JESUS says if your eyes are blind, YOU ARE IN DARKNESS.
Why it says so? Because then you have not seen the TRUE GOD, whom the WORD OF GOD is trying to show. IF you really see GOD, then you will surely say what Paul said when he saw GOD,
"At one time all these things were important to me. But because of Christ, I decided that they are worth nothing. Not only these things, but NOW I think that all things are worth nothing compared with the greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. Because of Christ, I lost all these things, and now I know that they are all worthless trash. All I want now is Christ." (Philippians 3:7-8)

The Blood of JESUS washes the stain of sin, and cleanses you and enable you have fellowship with the LIGHT.
That means JESUS redeemed you from the sinful life, when you believed and confessed that JESUS died for you. And now then, you have to live a life obeying the commandments of JESUS. JESUS told, 'those who love me shall obey my commandments.'

If you tell that 'I am a christian', and still lead a 'money centered' life. Then you are a liar. If you tell that 'I am a christian', and still be filled with anxiousness and worry for tomorrow, then you are a hypocrite. There is no difference between you and a non believer.

This happens because we hesitate to believe our LORD who is able to lead us in this world. This happens because we don't have faith in the LORD and we hesitate to give the control of our life to GOD. This happens because we have not seen the Father in heaven whom our Lord Jesus Christ have shown us through his life.

In order to lead a christian life according to the will of GOD, you have to get out of the way of life that world dictates. The world sees the life that is lead through money power, muscle power and talent. But WORD OF GOD sees a life that is lead by the abundant Grace of GOD.

Jesus gave us a new life that should be lead by faith in GOD, our Heavenly Father. Jesus told that our Father in Heaven already knows our needs and He will provide for us. Isaiah 55:9 says, 'As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.'

Jesus told us to lead a life not by seeking the money as everyone in the world does; but by seeking the KINGDOM OF GOD, i.e, see that the will of GOD is done always. Seek the righteousness of GOD;and if we do so, then we do start to see the hand of GOD in providing for all our needs in the world.
Psalms 55:2 says, 'Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.'
Psalms 23:6 says, 'Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.'

Our Lord Jesus Christ have shown us that
TRUTH IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN LIFE.
LOVE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN LIFE.
GOD IS IMPORTANT THAN LIFE.
Because if you have GOD, you have everything. Then you have nothing to lose in this world.
Our Lord Jesus made death a mockery and gave himself to die when the world tried to kill him. He didn't give up truth, love, righteousness and stood for the will of Heavenly Father TILL DEATH.

Are we following JESUS truly?

Let us leave our hypocrisy in christian life, and let us start BELIEVING in JESUS, and actually start living a real true christian life in this new year and live according to will of GOD, i.e, the WORD OF GOD, in our short life.

LET THE WORLD START SEE THE GLORY OF TRUE GOD THROUGH OUR LIFE.

For JESUS said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."

WISH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY A HAPPY NEW YEAR.
MAY GOD BLESS YOU SPIRITUALLY IN THIS YEAR.
LET US LEAD A LIFE IN TRUTH AND SPIRIT, AND REALLY SERVE THE LORD.

Lazarus of Bethany died. Martha and Mary were his sisters.
Martha came to Jesus to call Him. Martha was in hurry as she usually was. Martha called, but Jesus didn't move from where He was. Martha went back and called Mary. Now Mary came and Jesus went with her. And the rest was the great miracle- Lazarus was raised from death.

But the point is.. Why did Jesus answer Mary and not Martha...!?!

Martha didn't expect much from JESUS when she called Him.
But Mary EXPECTED SOMETHING from HIM.

Similarly, in the wedding function at Cana, Mary EXPECTED something from JESUS, when she pointed out the problem to HIM-"They have no wine".

In seemingly hopeless situation, a heart of Faith fills with the feel of Expectation. EXPECTATION that JESUS is going to do SOMETHING SPECIAL even if one could NOT imagine what HE is going to do.

And when JESUS does the miracle and turn around the situation- one could not do anything but just say that,
'I didn't know that 'GOD would help me' before I believed so.
And I believed so because HE made me believe so.'

And the famous quote of William Carey is worth to note at this moment
'EXPECT GREAT THINGS FROM GOD.
ATTEMPT GREAT THINGS FOR GOD.'

CHRIST JESUS the Lamb of GOD
Shed HIS Precious and Holy Blood
Opened the way of my Redemption
Opened the way of great Salvation...

My Loving Master is preparing for me
Preparing an everlasting Home
In that Home, with my Master, do will I live
In the Imperishable Home, do will I live...

"Do you love me?" asked JESUS to HIS disciple Peter.
Peter started by replying in his own way as he usually deals with all.
"Yes" he replied . This didn't stopped JESUS from touching the inner man of Peter.
'For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.' (Hebrew 4:12)
The WORD started its working in Peter. He heard the voice again and again going deeper in him till the 'real' Peter really submitted before JESUS.
See how the WORD OF GOD works.
Peter was overwhelmed by the presence of JESUS where he couldn't hide anything from JESUS. It was one of the instants when Peter himself realized that who he was following, is not an ordinary man, but HE knows all the secrets of man.
He realized that there is nothing hidden from JESUS- the past , the present , the future. NOTHING is hidden before HIM.He is present everywhere and at each instant.
Presence of GOD is sharper and deeper than we think.

Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? (Psalms 139:7)
I keep my eyes always on the LORD. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken. (Psalms 16:8)
Then Moses said to him, "If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here. (Exo 33:15)
When you start meditating on the WORD OF GOD,
you shall feel the overwhelming presence of GOD.
Feel the presence of GOD in the midst of wilderness.
JESUS said "I will never leave you nor forsake you." (Hebrew 13:5)

Heavenly angels sang when HE born.(Luke 2:13,14)
Wise men of earth came from far to bow before HIM.(Matt 2:11)
Folly of religions were exposed by HIM. (Matt 23)
Diseases disappeared on HIS presence.(Matt 8:3)
Temptation of darkness couldn't prevail against HIM.(Matt 4:1-10)
Demons could not stand against HIM.(Matt 8:28,29)
Demons were cast out in HIS name.(Matt 10:1)
Nature obeyed HIM.(Matt 8:26)
Dead men arose on HIS command.(John 11:43,44)
Sinners repented and started new life on hearing forgiveness of sin by GOD in name of JESUS.(Luke 19:8,9)
Earth shook when HE died on cross.(Matt 27:51)
Roman military force went powerless on HIS resurrection.(Matt 27:66 ,Matt 28:4)
Grave could not hold HIM.(Matt 28:2)
HIS NAME IS JESUS.
Holy Spirit ascended on HIS disciples.(Acts of Apostles 1:4,5 & Acts 2)
Disciples started proclaiming Gospel of JESUS all over the earth.
Holy Spirit is continuing the work now, which was started by JESUS on earth.

Philippians 2:10,11
"at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
of those in heaven, and
of those on earth, and
of those under the earth, and
that every tongue should confess
that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father."

No spirit of darkness could stand before HIS authority.
No force can stop the work of Holy Spirit of Jesus.
JESUS is the PRINCE of Peace, KING of kings and LORD of lords.
HE came once to die for you.
HE is coming again to judge this world.
