We are happy to announce that the 2nd Annual Festival of Sri Sri Ishwari Parvati Mata Devi Thakurni will be held on Friday 8th July, 2022 Bangla 23rd Ashar 1429 BS.

In the morning, a procession of female devotees with 151 kalash city procession will be held. In the evening unveiling of the natural state of the Goddess of 51st Sakti Peetha in front of the temple, it will be done by Sannyasi Mamaharaj and the Chief guest Mr. Rajendra Prasad Singh, counsellor of Nalhati. In the evening prasad distribution and pala sankirtan will be organized.

আমরা আনন্দের সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে, শ্রী শ্রী ঈশ্বরী পার্ব্বতী মাতা দেবী ঠাকুরনীর ২য় বার্ষিক মহোত্সব আগামী ৮ই জুলাই, ২০২২ বাংলা ২৩শে আষাঢ় ১৪২৯ বঙ্গাব্দ শুক্রবার অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

এই উত্সব অনুষ্ঠানে সকালে মহিলা ভক্ত মণ্ডলীর ১৫১ কলস সহ শোভাযাত্রা, শহর পরিক্রমা, মধ্যাহ্নে মন্দির সম্মুখে নাটমন্দিরে ৫১ পীঠের দেবী মায়ের প্রকৃতি ফলক অবয়বের আবরণ উন্মোচন সন্ন্যাসী মমাহারাজ দ্বারা করা হইবে এবং প্রধান অথিতি হিসাবে উপস্থিত থাকবেন নলহাটি বিধানসভার বিধায়ক ও পৌরপিতা শ্রী রাজেন্দ্র প্রাসাদ সিং মহাশয়। সন্ধ্যায় প্রসাদ বিতরণ ও পলা সংকীতনের আয়োজন করা হয়েছে।

About 15 kms away from Rampurhat city, is the holy site of Maa Nalateswri Temple. This temple was been established around 1400 years back when “Kamdev” had dreamt Nalhati is one of the 51 shakti peethas was discovered to be under a banyan tree where the Nala or the throat was fallen of Maa Sati, whose body was being cut into many prices by the chakra of lord Vishnu.

Also known as Maa or “Bhagobidhata-Nalateswri” or “Devi Parvat”i or “Kalika” by the devotees who line up this this temple,

If you have a look at this holy shrine, then you would be amazed to how beautifully “Garb Griha” (sanctum sanctorum) of this temple is crowned with a raised pinnacle where deity of Maa Nalateswri is worshipped.

No matter how much water is being poured down the throat, it will never gets overflowed or dried up even in the absence of it for many days. Even when the water is moves down the throat there is a sound produced which can be recognised as a gulp echo. Such interesting facets make worshippers believe in the liveliness of the blessings of Maa Nalateswri.
