Dosti "A Bond of Friendship" Foundation (SIES College group) SION

Registration Number: MAH/2695/2011/G.B.B.S.D. The foundation of this group was laid along with the decision of organising Ganesh Utsav by Ex- Students of the SIES college in 1997. From then onward the Ex- Students & Students of the SIES college started celebrating this festival with great pride and honour as it is one of its kind.

SIES college is the only college in Mumbai where Ganesh festival is organised and managed by the students. Thousands of devotees, students and ex-students joins the crowd on the day when the idol of Ganesh is immersed at Sion Talao with fantastic procession carried out different kinds of Musical Instruments / Dhol's like a Puneri and Nasik Dhol. Apart from the Ganesh festival Organised by DOSTI group its also being indulged in many social activities.
