Diocesan Vocation Service Centre To Nurture Vocation to the Priesthood and Religious life.

The church is always in need of priests and sisters.We believe that there are many young men and women who are blessed with vocations to the priesthood and religious life which do not come to full flowering because they are not properly nurtured.We help young people to discern whether they have a call to the consecrated life.

The Diocesan Vocation Service Center (DVSC) will be organizing its annual Quest Programme on 15th August 2023 (Tuesday) at St Pius X College (Seminary), Goregaon East.

This programme is exclusively for catholic boys and girls - 18 years and above (senior college and working adults) - who are discerning about the priesthood and religious life, or are interested in discerning their call in life.

The Archdiocese of Bombay celebrates Vocation Sunday on third Sunday of January, every year. While the Lord invites each of us to recognize our Christian vocation within our respective professions; He specifically calls some of us to the Priesthood and religious life.
