Shri Ram Janki Mandir Ramchandra(madhepur) stands as a sacred symbol of devotion, heritage, and spiritual awakening. Established around the year 1970, this divine temple became a center of Ram bhakti (devotion to Lord Ram) and cultural unity, drawing devotees from far and wide. At the heart of its foun

ding was Mahant Ram Sharan Das Ji, a deeply revered saint and spiritual leader. His vision, devotion, and relentless efforts laid the foundation of the mandir, which was built as a sanctuary dedicated to Lord Ram and Sita Mata (Janki), embodying their ideals of dharma, love, and sacrifice. Mahant Ram Sharan Das Ji was not only a spiritual guide but also a social reformer. Around the late 1960s and early 1970s, he was known for uniting local communities through religious gatherings (satsangs), bhajan-kirtan, and moral teachings drawn from the Ramayana. Under his guidance, the mandir became more than just a place of worship — it emerged as a beacon of values and spiritual education. The architecture of the temple reflects traditional Hindu craftsmanship, built with simplicity yet carrying deep spiritual significance. Over time, the temple has seen several renovations and improvements, but the original sanctity and vision of Mahant Ram Sharan Das Ji continue to guide its path. Even today, devotees remember his contribution with reverence. His legacy lives on through annual events, Ram Navami celebrations, and the continued service of those who follow in his spiritual footsteps.
