The Jews Murmured about JESUS.... JESUS Answered and said to them, "Stop Murmuring among Yourselves." John 6:41-51. Reflection: JESUS Was the Object of Gossip, Ridicule, Belittlement, etc. They "Murmured" about HIM. What a silly thing for People to do. But sadly, this same thing still happens in a variety of ways today. Every Sunday We are given the Opportunity to Consume the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of the Messiah, the King of Kings, the Saviour of the World, the Creator, Omnipotent and Glorious GOD! .... Yet, What do so many of Us do? We come to Mass Disinterested, Distracted and more Concerned about What We Will be doing later in the Day than What We are doing at the Holy Mass. This is the Sad Truth that Needs to be Corrected. "If We but Understood the Gift of the HOLY MASS, We would Die instantly out of Love," said St.John Vianney.... Do You Understand the MASS?.... We "Murmur" about JESUS Interiorly when We Fail to Understand, Accept and Enter into this Glorious Gift. Murmuring is the same as Lacking a Complete Conviction and Embrace of this Gift. Reflect, Today, upon whether or not your Heart is fully engaged with the HOLY EUCHARIST. When You Think about Going to Mass are You Overwhelmed with Joy and a Deep Spiritual Longing? Or Do You See it as an Obligation You Need to Fulfill?... Praise, Love, Thank & Serve GOD! GM. 🙏🏽

Sixteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time
Reading 1 Gn 18:1-10a

The LORD appeared to Abraham by the terebinth of Mamre,
as he sat in the entrance of his tent,
while the day was growing hot.
Looking up, Abraham saw three men standing nearby.
When he saw them, he ran from the entrance of the tent to greet them;
and bowing to the ground, he said:
“Sir, if I may ask you this favor,
please do not go on past your servant.
Let some water be brought, that you may bathe your feet,
and then rest yourselves under the tree.
Now that you have come this close to your servant,
let me bring you a little food, that you may refresh yourselves;
and afterward you may go on your way.”
The men replied, “Very well, do as you have said.”

Abraham hastened into the tent and told Sarah,
“Quick, three measures of fine flour! Knead it and make rolls.”
He ran to the herd, picked out a tender, choice steer,
and gave it to a servant, who quickly prepared it.
Then Abraham got some curds and milk,
as well as the steer that had been prepared,
and set these before the three men;
and he waited on them under the tree while they ate.

They asked Abraham, “Where is your wife Sarah?”
He replied, “There in the tent.”
One of them said, “I will surely return to you about this time next year,
and Sarah will then have a son.”
Responsorial Psalm Ps 15:2-3, 3-4, 5

R. (1a) He who does justice will live in the presence of the Lord.
One who walks blamelessly and does justice;
who thinks the truth in his heart
and slanders not with his tongue.
R. He who does justice will live in the presence of the Lord.
Who harms not his fellow man,
nor takes up a reproach against his neighbor;
by whom the reprobate is despised,
while he honors those who fear the LORD.
R. He who does justice will live in the presence of the Lord.
Who lends not his money at usury
and accepts no bribe against the innocent.
One who does these things
shall never be disturbed.
R. He who does justice will live in the presence of the Lord.
Reading 2 Col 1:24-28

Brothers and sisters:
Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake,
and in my flesh I am filling up
what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ
on behalf of his body, which is the church,
of which I am a minister
in accordance with God’s stewardship given to me
to bring to completion for you the word of God,
the mystery hidden from ages and from generations past.
But now it has been manifested to his holy ones,
to whom God chose to make known the riches of the glory
of this mystery among the Gentiles;
it is Christ in you, the hope for glory.
It is he whom we proclaim,
admonishing everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom,
that we may present everyone perfect in Christ.
Alleluia cf. Lk 8:15

R. Alleluia, alleluia.
Blessed are they who have kept the word with a generous heart
and bring a harvest through perseverance.
R. Alleluia, alleluia.
Gospel Lk 10:38-42

Jesus entered a village
where a woman whose name was Martha welcomed him.
She had a sister named Mary
who sat beside the Lord at his feet listening to him speak.
Martha, burdened with much serving, came to him and said,
“Lord, do you not care
that my sister has left me by myself to do the serving?
Tell her to help me.”
The Lord said to her in reply,
“Martha, Martha, you are anxious and worried about many things.
There is need of only one thing.
Mary has chosen the better part
and it will not be taken from her.”

"THE SECRET OF CONTINUOUS SUPPLY"
God has made the opportunity to always tap into the continual supply of the Holy Spirit. We have an eternal flow of His power.
In Zechariah 4, we see Zechariah having the fourth of his eight visions. The lampstand that stood in the Holy Place of the Tabernacle and later the temple was a symbol that God wanted His people to be a light to the world. The priests were always supposed to keep the lamp full of oil and never let it run out. Which is what the Holy Spirit's power does for us. Our light, fire and zeal for God will never burn out. The lampstand represents you. Which is a devoted servant of God. The Holy Spirit within us will give you power for all eternity. We are the burning light, burning with love and zeal for God and communicating His light to others. The Lord bestows His ever living Spirit within us. We are like the rivers of living water. (John 7:37-39). God supplies the oil into each lamp and they are burning brightly for God. This is the light of God within you; burning and zealous for Jesus. This is the power of God flowing in our hearts. Those whom we encounter and come into contact with, will be impacted and inspired by our light and fire for Jesus. We are not just working by human resources but by the Holy Spirit working within us. He hides us under the shadow of His wing. (Psalms 91:4). His shadow is connected to you. Jesus suffered for us and we are the righteousness of God. Jesus became sin so that we could become righteous.
Matthew 5:15; "Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house."
Luke 12:35; " Let your loins be girded about and your lights burning."
We have more than one light burning within our hearts. There are a total of seven. As we know, seven is a number of completeness with God. We have seven holy fires within us.
Revelations 4:5; "And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God."
These lamps are the seven Spirits of God; the Holy Spirit who is the source of light. The continual burning is the zeal we have for God. The first and foremost lamp is the passion of God's love for us. We have been delivered, declared righteous and justified; we are victors and overcomers by the blood of the Lamb. Jesus died for us; we must live our lives for Him.
Glory Hallelujah!!!

"All of Us, gazing with unveiled face on the Glory of the LORD, are being Transformed into the same image from Glory to Glory, as from the LORD Who is the SPIRIT." 2 Cor.3:7-18. Reflection: I find Myself becoming a more Thankful Person when I realize that, despite my shameful fallenness, the LORD Has Clothed Me in the Beauty of HIS Perfect Righteousness. HIS amazing ways and unsurpassed Wisdom motivate and Transform Me. It's hard to be content with My Life as it is when in HIS Presence I am drawn to become more like HIM. Stay Close to GOD and You will never be the same. Praise, Love & Thank GOD! Good morning

"You Received Without Charge, Give Without Charge." Mathew 10:8. Reflection: JESUS Told HIS Disciples that they Received Without Charge and so they must Give Without Charge. What did they Receive Freely? JESUS Gave them Authority over the same things HE Himself had Authority over and so they Recieved, Authority over Sickness, Evil Spirits and Even Death. Now, as they Received Freely, they were told to Give Freely. They had to bring to People the Services of Health, Liberty and Life and not Charge them for these Services. The LORD is Asking Us to be Generous with the Gifts We have Received Freely. Can I Free Myself of the Need to attach a Price to the Services GOD is Calling Me to Render? How am I being Generous in Mediating Healing for those in Disease, Freedom for those Bound by Oppressive Forces, and Life to those Who have Lost their meaning to Live? ..... Praise, Love, Thank & Serve GOD! GM.🙏🏼

"Once the Hand is Laid on the Plough, No One Who Looks Back is Fit for the Kingdom of GOD." Luke 9: 51-62. Reflection: When JESUS Invites Persons to Follow HIM, HE Calls them to Leave All Other Relationships and Attachments Behind and to Cling to HIM. This Detachment from Possessions and Family enables the Disciple to be Free to Serve GOD Whole-Heartedly. Many of Us have a Desire to Serve GOD and to Offer Our Lives to HIM. But, at times Our Attachment to Sinful Habits Or Attitudes, to Possessions and Relationships hinders Us from Following HIM Closely. St.Paul Reminds Us that If We are to Enjoy the Freedom that CHRIST Has Won for Us, We Need to Allow Ourselves to be Guided by the HOLY SPIRIT And Make an Effort to Serve Others with Love. May We Find Joy in Serving the LORD And Loving HIM Above All Things. Praise, Love, Thank & Serve GOD! GM.🙏🏼

"If You Forgive Others their Wrongs, Your FATHER in Heaven Will also Forgive Yours." Matthew 6:7-15. Reflection: The LORD's Prayer is indeed a Summary of the entire Gospel. It is Called "The LORD's Prayer" in that JESUS Himself Gave it to Us as a way of Teaching Us to Pray. In this Prayer, We find Seven Petitions to GOD. Within those seven petitions We will find every Human longing and every expression of Faith found within the Scriptures. Everything We Need to know about Life and Prayer is contained in the Wonderful Prayer. JESUS Himself Gave Us this Prayer as the Model of All Prayer. However, saying the Prayer is not enough. The Goal is to internalize each and every aspect of this Prayer so that it becomes a Model of Our Personal Petition to GOD and an entrustment of Our Entire Life to HIM. Praise, Love, Thank & Serve GOD! GM.🙏🏼

"All Power in Heaven and On Earth Has Been Given to ME. Go, therefore, and Make Disciples of All Nations, Baptizing them In the Name of the FATHER, And of the SON, And of the HOLY SPIRIT, Teaching them to Observe All that I Have Commanded You. And Behold, I am with You Always, Until the End of Age." Matthew 28:18-20. Reflection: The TRINITY! The Inner Life of GOD! The Greatest Mystery of Our Faith! Today, We Celebrate the Feast of the HOLY TRINITY, Which Consists of GOD The FATHER, GOD The SON And GOD The HOLY SPIRIT. The Solemnity of the HOLY TRINITY Celebrates One of the Fundamental Beliefs of Christianity: We Believe in One GOD, Composed of three different Persons - The FATHER, The SON And The HOLY SPIRIT, United in Love and Generous Self-Giving, Who Work together for the Salvation of Humanity. As Christians, We are Called to take the HOLY TRINITY as the Model for Our Interpersonal Relationships. Our Differences instead of being a cause of Division, become a Richness to be Accepted, Encouraged and Celebrated. May Our Faith enable Us to Rise above petty Human Divisions to Reflect GOD's Boundless Love and Generosity. Wishing You a Happy Feast! Praise GOD! 🙏🏼
