*The hardest thing
is waiting*

Waiting when the sky is quiet,
when prayers feel like echoes
returning unanswered,
when time stretches thin
and hope must learn to breathe slowly.
Waiting when faith is no longer loud,
only steady—
a small flame cupped in trembling hands,
trusting the wind will pass.
Promises are heavy in the dark.
They ask for patience,
for courage without applause,
for belief that grows roots
before it grows wings.
But oh—
the most beautiful experience
is when the promise arrives.
When what was whispered
becomes visible.
When tears make sense,
when the long road reveals
why it had to be long.
Fulfillment does not shout.
It settles gently,
like morning light finding the room,
like peace finally knowing your name.
And in that moment,
you understand:
nothing was wasted—
not the waiting,
not the silence,
not the ache.
Because God’s promises
may arrive slowly,
but they arrive whole.

How to overcome our temptations?

1. Recognize the Source of Temptation

James 1:13-14 – "Let no one say when he is tempted, ‘I am tempted by God’; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed."
Temptation doesn’t come from God but from our sinful desires and the enemy. Recognizing this keeps us alert.

2. Watch and Pray

Matthew 26:41 – "Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."
Constant prayer keeps us spiritually awake and strengthens us against weakness.

3. Use the Word of God

Psalm 119:11 – "Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You."

Matthew 4:1–11 – Jesus overcame Satan’s temptations in the wilderness by quoting Scripture.
Memorize and meditate on the Word; it becomes your weapon against temptation.

4. Flee, Don’t Flirt

2 Timothy 2:22 – "Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart."
Don’t try to test your strength—run from situations that can lead you into sin.

5. Depend on the Holy Spirit

Galatians 5:16 – "Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh."
The Spirit empowers us to live victoriously and say "no" to sin.

6. Put on the Armor of God

Ephesians 6:11 – "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."
Daily clothe yourself with truth, righteousness, faith, salvation, God’s Word, and prayer.

7. Remember God’s Faithfulness

1 Corinthians 10:13 – "No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it."
God always provides a way out—look for His escape route when you’re tempted.

8. Keep Eternal Perspective

Hebrews 12:2 – "Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith…"
Fix your eyes on Christ and the eternal reward, not the short-term pleasure of sin.

HOLINESS

1. The Call to Holiness

1 Peter 1:15-16 – “But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: Be holy, because I am holy.”

God Himself is the standard of holiness. He calls us to live differently from the world, separated from sin and set apart for His purpose.

Holiness is not optional, but essential for God’s children.

2. The Power for Holiness

2 Corinthians 7:1 – “Let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.”

We cannot be holy by our own effort, but through the work of the Holy Spirit.

Galatians 5:16 – “So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.”

Through prayer, Word of God, and surrender, His Spirit transforms us day by day.

3. The Reward of Holiness

Hebrews 12:14 – “Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.”

Holiness prepares us to see God face to face.

It brings God’s blessing, His presence, and eternal life.

Matthew 5:8 – “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.”

How to overcome unwanted thoughts that rock our spiritual life?

1. Recognize Where They Come From

Not every thought is your own—some are temptations from the enemy (Eph. 6:11–12).

Some thoughts arise from our old sinful nature (Rom. 7:23).

Knowing the source helps you not to condemn yourself unnecessarily.

2. Take Every Thought Captive

Paul says, “Take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ” (2 Cor. 10:5).

When an unwanted thought comes, don’t dwell on it—immediately redirect it toward Christ.

Speak scripture out loud as a weapon. Example: “It is written, greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world” (1 Jn. 4:4).

3. Fill Your Mind With God’s Word

The best way to drive out wrong thoughts is to replace them with the Word of God.

Psalm 119:11: “I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.”

Meditate on scripture daily so that when evil thoughts arise, your mind is already occupied.

4. Guard Your Inputs

Many unwanted thoughts are triggered by what we see, hear, or read.

Proverbs 4:23: “Guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.”

Ask: What am I feeding my mind through social media, entertainment, or conversations?

5. Pray and Call on the Holy Spirit

Philippians 4:6–7 promises peace when we pray.

Ask the Spirit to cleanse your mind and strengthen you.

Sometimes just praying, “Lord, wash my thoughts in Your blood” is powerful.

6. Worship as a Weapon

When Saul was tormented by evil spirits, David’s worship drove them away (1 Sam. 16:23).

Sing songs of praise—dark thoughts cannot stay long where God is glorified.

1. Everything on Earth is Temporary

The Bible reminds us that our worldly possessions, relationships, and even our lives are fleeting.

Matthew 6:19-20 (NIV) – "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal."

1 John 2:17 – "The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever."

2. God is Always Faithful

While everything else may fail, God remains steadfast and true.

Lamentations 3:22-23 – "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Deuteronomy 31:8 – "The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."

3. Cast Your Burdens on Jesus

God cares for us and invites us to give Him our burdens.

1 Peter 5:7 – "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."

Matthew 11:28-30 – "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

4. God Provides in Unexpected Ways

God provided for Elijah in miraculous ways: first through ravens, then through a poor widow.

1 Kings 17:6 – "The ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning and bread and meat in the evening, and he drank from the brook."

1 Kings 17:14-16 – "For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘The jar of flour will not be used up and the jug of oil will not run dry until the day the Lord sends rain on the land.’” She went away and did as Elijah had told her. So there was food every day for Elijah and for the woman and her family."

5. Trust God Even in Tough Situations

Even when circumstances look hopeless, God is still in control.

Proverbs 3:5-6 – "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

Romans 8:28 – "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

No matter what challenges we face, God’s faithfulness never changes. Keep trusting Him, and He will always make a way!

A Testimony on Parenting and Ministry

Parenting plays a crucial role in the spiritual development of children. As a minister of God, I have witnessed both the joys and challenges in this area firsthand. It grieves my heart to see families neglecting their spiritual responsibilities. Many families do not have regular family prayer sessions, nor do they attend church consistently. Instead, excuses abound, and in recent times, attending online church has become the preference over physical fellowship. This shift often diminishes the communal and spiritual growth that gathering in person brings (Hebrews 10:25).

I have seen youth whose parents specifically instructed them to prioritize academics over spiritual activities. Some parents even scolded their children for being actively involved in the church. It is written in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." Yet, many parents fail to teach their children this principle, focusing instead on worldly achievements.

What saddened me further were the struggles within families of believers. Many parents have unresolved marital conflicts, which profoundly affect their children’s faith and emotional well-being. Ephesians 6:4 admonishes parents to "bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord," but instead, some homes become breeding grounds for bitterness and discord.

I have also faced opposition in my ministry when I tried to guide children toward righteousness. Some parents supported their children’s wrongdoings and even objected to correction. Proverbs 22:6 says, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Yet, these parents chose to believe the lies their children told and, in doing so, hindered their growth in truth.

At the very beginning of my ministry, I realized that pastoral ministry is often a thankless job. There were parents who never appreciated the sacrifices my family and I made for their children. Some even advised their children to distance themselves from us, unwilling to support the ministry God had entrusted to us. Despite this, I found solace in Galatians 6:9, "And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart."

However, amidst the challenges, God placed a few faithful parents who supported our ministry wholeheartedly. They encouraged their children to stand with us, to grow in their faith, and to serve the Lord alongside us. Their encouragement was a reminder that God’s work is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).

Parenting is a sacred responsibility. If God blesses you with a child, you are accountable for their upbringing. Deuteronomy 6:6-7 instructs us to teach God’s commandments diligently to our children, speaking of them in our homes and as we go about our daily lives. My prayer is that every parent takes this responsibility seriously and raises their children to love and serve the Lord wholeheartedly.

This journey has not been easy, but it has taught me that faithfulness in ministry is not measured by human gratitude but by obedience to God. “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men” (Colossians 3:23). May God give every parent and minister the grace to fulfill their calling faithfully.

A Testimony of Leading Youths for Christ

The youth in the church have always been the most exciting and dynamic group, filled with energy and potential. Yet, they are also the most vulnerable, often becoming easy prey to the temptations and traps of Satan. As 1 Peter 5:8 warns, "Be sober-minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour."

Through my journey as a minister, I have witnessed the stark contrast among youths. Some stood as shining examples of dedication, putting aside their personal priorities to serve God wholeheartedly. They carried a deep passion for winning souls, going to great lengths and using every method to lead people to Christ. These young men and women embodied Daniel 12:3: "Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever."

Yet, there were others whose hearts were cold and indifferent. They remained unmoved by the call of God, regardless of circumstances. Sadly, some of these were born and raised in spiritual families but became lukewarm, much like the church in Laodicea mentioned in Revelation 3:15-16: "I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth."

Through the grace of God, I had the privilege of leading many youths, including those who were once lukewarm. Emmanuel International Church became a home where they encountered God and experienced transformation. It reminded me of Matthew 7:24-25: "Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock."

The life of Joseph serves as an inspiration for young people facing temptations. Despite being young, far from his family, and vulnerable, Joseph chose righteousness over sin. When tempted by Potiphar’s wife, he stood firm and declared, "How then could I do such a wicked thing and sin against God?" (Genesis 39:9). His unwavering faith and fear of God kept him pure, even when it cost him his freedom. Joseph’s story is a powerful reminder for today’s youth that resisting temptation is possible when one is committed to God. His life reflects James 4:7: "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."

But not all stories were triumphant. Some youths became instruments in the enemy's hands, causing division and harm to the church. They failed to understand that the church is the body of Christ (Colossians 1:18), with Christ as the head. Still, the true church, built on the foundation of Jesus, remains unshaken through every storm.

On the other hand, I have seen the joy of spiritual growth in many. Some youths, now established in their own families, are prospering wherever the Lord has planted them. They are bearing fruit, fulfilling the promise of Psalm 1:3: "That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers."

Not all encounters have been easy. There were those who used me and moved on, but I have remained steadfast, like a faithful soldier, believing in the eternal rewards promised by God. As 1 Corinthians 15:58 encourages, "Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain."

Despite the challenges, my faith is anchored in the assurance of greater things. "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him" (1 Corinthians 2:9). Serving the Lord faithfully is a privilege, and I trust that He will reward every labor done for His glory.

Joseph’s victory over temptation and God’s transformative power in the lives of the youths I have ministered to testify to the enduring faithfulness of our Lord. Let us continue to resist the devil, submit to God (James 4:7), and lead others to righteousness, knowing that our God is faithful to sustain His church and His servants.

My Testimony: God’s Faithfulness in Rebuilding His Church

When I began my ministry, electronic gadgets were simple, and most people owned basic mobile phones. Internet access was limited to internet cafés, and the risks of misuse were minimal. In those days, leading the youth was less complicated. However, as technology advanced, smartphones became widespread, and apps like WhatsApp entered the scene. Without proper oversight, some individuals formed groups, leading to unnecessary interactions between boys and girls. This gave rise to division and groupism within the church. What should have been a blessing became a tool that the enemy exploited.

Satan, as the Bible reminds us, has one agenda: “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy” (John 10:10). By sowing discord among the youth, the enemy aimed to destroy the church. Yet, we know that the true church is not a building but a spiritual structure made of living stones. As 1 Peter 2:5 declares, “You also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood.” Jesus is the chief cornerstone (Ephesians 2:20), and without Him, no church can stand.

When I took over the ministry in 2017, the church was in turmoil. A once vibrant congregation of anointed youth was in disarray, and the church’s foundation seemed shaken. I faced the enormous task of rebuilding a shattered church. My wife and I had to make a life-changing decision—we resigned from our high-paying jobs to fully commit ourselves to God’s calling. It was a leap of faith, guided by Matthew 6:33: “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

The challenges were immense. At the time, there was no Tamil worship, and the English worship service had only a small group of believers. I thought my role would be temporary—two or three years at most. But God had a different plan. Over the years, He taught me perseverance. Romans 5:3-4 says, “We also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.” Eight years later, I stand in awe of how God is faithfully rebuilding the church. Today, the Tamil congregation is thriving, with countless lives being transformed and blessed.

This journey has taught me to trust God completely. While people may fail or forget their promises, God never does. Numbers 23:19 reminds us, “God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?”

Despite the enemy’s attempts to destroy the body of Christ, God’s purposes always prevail. Isaiah 54:17 declares, “No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord.” Today, I can testify that the Lord is faithful. He turned a broken church into a living, thriving body of Christ.

My encouragement to everyone is this: never give up on God’s calling. Philippians 1:6 assures us, “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” God is faithful to His promises, and He is able to restore what is broken for His glory.

God has a special love for the youth, and there is immense value in knowing Him while we are still young. Ecclesiastes 12:1 reminds us: "Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, 'I find no pleasure in them.'” Unfortunately, in society—and even within the Church—youth are often overlooked and neglected. I experienced this firsthand during my undergraduate years. I longed for connection and support but often felt ignored, even when I earnestly tried to seek God. This left a deep void in my spiritual life and created a gap between me and the Lord.

But God never abandoned me. He had a purpose for my life that was greater than I could have imagined. When He called me into ministry, He placed a unique burden on my heart for the youth. From the very beginning, He led me to connect with young people, especially those in professional colleges. What began as small gatherings and cell meetings in colleges and hostels became a training ground that prepared me for the life of a missionary.

My wife and I devoted ourselves to influencing young men and women for Christ. Through God’s grace, we were able to share the Gospel and walk alongside them as they experienced life-changing encounters with Jesus. Proverbs 22:6 was always at the heart of our ministry: "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."

God surrounded me with a group of zealous young people who were eager to serve Him. They were like Timothy, whom Paul exhorted in 1 Timothy 4:12: "Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity." These young people were willing to sacrifice their own comforts—even their studies—to pursue God’s calling. As a mentor and spiritual father, I invested in their lives, teaching them to live according to the Word of God and preparing them to be leaders for His Kingdom.

In the early days, they were like my brothers and sisters, and as I grew older, they became like my spiritual children. I stood by them through their struggles, protected them from challenges like ragging, and encouraged them in their faith. Although some drifted away from the journey, there were those who held on, appreciating the love, guidance, and sacrifices that my wife and I made for them.

My deepest desire has always been to prepare a godly generation for the future. I was inspired by Joel 2:28, which says: "And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions." It has been an indescribable joy to see some of these young people rise up as mighty instruments in God’s hands, living lives that glorify Him and fulfilling their divine callings.

There were times when the journey was painful, and the sacrifices felt heavy, but I have come to understand the truth of Galatians 6:9: "Let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart." Today, I look back with gratitude and praise God for allowing me to witness the fruits of this labor. Seeing these young lives transformed and used for His glory has been the greatest reward.

I am humbled and blessed to have played a small role in God’s plan for their lives. Truly, all the glory belongs to Him, who is able to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20).

A Testimony of Surrender and Obedience to God's Plan

"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways," declares the Lord. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts" (Isaiah 55:8-9).

There was a time in my life when I believed my plans were perfectly aligned with my future. It was my dream to pursue a Master’s in Dental Surgery in Pediatric Dentistry at a prestigious college in Mangalore. I was confident in my path—I even secured my seat a year in advance. But as the Word of God says, "Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails" (Proverbs 19:21).

At the last moment, I was informed that my seat had been given to someone else. I was shattered. My carefully laid plans crumbled before my eyes. In my desperation, I traveled to Devangere, Chitradurga, and Sulya, determined to find a way to study in Karnataka. But every door I knocked on was shut. That’s when I remembered the Word of God: "What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open" (Revelation 3:7).

Despite having resources and thinking I could achieve anything with my effort, God humbled me. He was teaching me that "It is not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit," says the Lord Almighty (Zechariah 4:6).

The last place I wanted to be was Tamil Nadu. For years, I passed through Salem on my way to Kerala or Bangalore, never imagining it would become my home. But God, in His sovereignty, led me here. After I surrendered my life to Him and His ministry, He opened a door I never expected. I was given the opportunity to pursue a Master’s in Dental Surgery in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics—something far greater than I had planned for myself.

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose" (Romans 8:28).

Not only did God fulfill His purpose for my career, but He also rooted me in Salem for His ministry. What began as a reluctant stay turned into 25 years of fruitful service to God’s kingdom. His plans for me were far greater than I could have imagined. As the Scripture reminds us, "The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way" (Psalm 37:23).

Through this journey, I have learned that obedience to God is the key to true success. When we surrender our desires and trust in His perfect will, He leads us to paths of blessing and purpose. I can confidently say today, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6).

To God be all the glory for His faithfulness in my life.

A Testimony of God’s Grace and Faithfulness in Ministry

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11). This promise has been the foundation of my journey in ministry, a journey filled with challenges, surprises, and the undeniable hand of God.

God's prophetic word came to me many years ago: I will minister among people from different languages. At the time, I was based in Kerala, and the prophecy was delivered to me in Malayalam. Naturally, I thought this calling might involve ministering in Hindi, given my fluency in that language. However, God’s ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). He led me to Tamil Nadu, where I began my ministry with an English service, reaching both Indians and foreigners.

As the days went by, my weekly visits to homes introduced me to many Tamil-speaking people. Despite my lack of knowledge in the Tamil language, a divine burden grew in my heart to start a Tamil worship service. I could relate to Moses, who felt inadequate in speech yet was called to lead God’s people (Exodus 4:10-12). Trusting in the Lord’s grace, I trained six translators who faithfully worked with me over the next 20 years. Together, we ministered to the Tamil-speaking community, witnessing the power of God through our obedience.

The year 2020 brought an unexpected turning point. The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted lives and ministries worldwide. During this time, I realized that no one was willing to commit to the ministry in Salem. As someone who believes in serving from a willing heart (2 Corinthians 9:7), I did not compel anyone. Yet, I stood at a crossroads, asking God, What next?

By this time, the majority of believers in our church were Tamil-speaking. With no translators available and my own inability to read or write Tamil, I felt completely inadequate. But as Paul said, "God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong" (1 Corinthians 1:27). Relying solely on the Holy Spirit, I began preaching in Tamil.

For the past four years, I have been ministering in Tamil, a language I do not speak perfectly. Despite my imperfections, God has shown His strength through my weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Week after week, I have witnessed the Holy Spirit move powerfully among the people. This journey is a testimony to the truth that when we step out in faith, God provides the grace and ability to fulfill His purposes (Philippians 4:13).

I stand amazed at how God has used me—a vessel with limitations—to bring glory to His name. It is a reminder that not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord Almighty (Zechariah 4:6). Truly, His plans are perfect, and His grace is sufficient. I give all glory and honor to Him, for He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in us (Philippians 1:6).

The Call to Evangelize: A Life of Purpose and Commitment

The calling from the Lord to evangelize and lead others to Christ is a profound and personal experience. It is often identified through an undeniable burden for lost souls, a desire to see others reconciled with God, and a commitment to live a life that reflects His glory. This burden serves as an unmistakable sign of God’s calling, reminding us of the truth in Daniel 12:3: “Those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever and ever.”

The beauty of God’s calling lies in its inclusivity and diversity. It does not rely on worldly qualifications or specific educational backgrounds. Instead, it focuses on one’s commitment, testimony, and willingness to serve. The Bible provides numerous examples of individuals called by God, each from different walks of life. Peter and John were unschooled fishermen, yet their zeal and faith made them instrumental in the early church. Luke was a physician, Matthew a tax collector, and Paul a Pharisee trained under Gamaliel, a highly respected teacher of the law. Despite their varied backgrounds, they were all used mightily by God to spread the Gospel.

God’s call to evangelize can manifest in different ways—full-time ministry, part-time service, or even during leisure time. The form of the work is not as important as the heart behind it. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” Whether the role is paid or voluntary, the key is to live a life worthy of the calling, as stated in Ephesians 4:1, and to make one’s calling and election sure (2 Peter 1:10).

Evangelism is the responsibility of every believer and the collective mission of the Church. A true evangelizing church focuses not on fame or publicity but on glorifying God and fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20). This requires sincerity, dedication, and a lifestyle that serves as a role model for others. As the Apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 11:1, “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.”

God’s call to evangelize is not limited to preaching or posting content online for applause. While creative methods such as videos and social media can be tools for outreach, they are ineffective if not driven by a genuine burden for souls. Without this burden, all efforts may appear outwardly impressive but lack eternal significance.

The work of the Gospel is varied, as described in Ephesians 4:11, where God appoints some as apostles, some as prophets, some as evangelists, some as pastors, and some as teachers. Each role serves a unique purpose in building the body of Christ and leading others to salvation. However, all these roles share the common foundation of a Christ-centered life and a passion for the lost.

Ultimately, it is not talent alone that brings people to Christ but the power of a godly life, lived with authenticity and love. A life that reflects the teachings of Christ is the most compelling testimony. Jesus Himself said, “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples if you love one another” (John 13:35). The love, compassion, and integrity of a believer serve as powerful tools in evangelism.
