C M L: Cherupushpa Mission League Sneham Thyagam Sevanam Sahanam Bharananganam is a pilgrim centre, where pilgrims from all over India, come in flocks to pray at the tomb of St. Alphonsa.

The Cherupushpa Mission League is an indigenous lay missionary organization, established on 3rd October 1947 at Bharananganam, in the diocese of Palai (Then diocese of Changanacherry)Kerala, India. The Mission League was founded by Fr. Joseph Maliparampil, and Mr. P. C. Abraham(Kunjettan) and five other zealous young men. In the beginning the organization was so small like a mustard seed, with these seven members forming a single unit, but now it has grown up to the national level.
