CE Mission Trip 2025 at DOOARS- Mrs. Sumanna Tamang
On 26th December 2025, we began our journey and reached Aibel Church the same day. In the evening a gospel program was organised where we presented songs, dance and shared from the Word of God. Christmas gifts were also distributed to the elderly people and children. After completing the program, we proceeded to Hope Church, where we halted for the night.
On 27th December 2025, accompanied by our church medical team, we organized a medical camp at Hope Church. We also distributed clothes, which were generously donated by our well wishers. In the evening, we conducted a gospel program at Hope Church with songs, dances and also shared from the precious Word of God, followed by the distribution of gifts to elderly people and children.
On 28th December 2025 (Sunday), we divided ourselves into six groups and visited six different churches in the Dooars region—Narsinghpur, Nagdala, Bandapani, Binaguri, Shantipara, and Nirpania. We had a truly blessed time serving and fellowshipping with the believers of these churches.
By evening, we gathered at the Birpara Multipurpose Centre, where we shared our experiences and the lessons we learned during the mission trip. One touching testimony we would like to share is from Pastor Ratan Kharya, who said that they felt a mother’s love throughout this gospel journey. They consider Reshambari Church as a mother church, and they experienced that love through this mission trip. We were also blessed to witness that people who once said they would never step into a church came and attended the gospel programs and were deeply touched.
On 29th December 2025, we had some recreation time and visited Jaigaon and nearby places, before returning to Birpara.
Finally, on 30th December 2025, we returned home via Gazaldoba, enjoying a joyful and memorable time together as a team.
In the end we would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported us through prayers and financial help. Special thanks to Elder Navin Chandra Rai and his beloved wife, Minu Pradhan, for supporting us with their presence throughout the entire mission trip. We are also very thankful to Vivek Bhai for preparing delicious food for the team.
