Christ took away the weapons and authority of demonic powers (rulers and authorities).
He showed the world that these powers were defeated,
Victory through the Cross: The crucifixion was not a defeat, but rather the victory moment where sin and spiritual powers were conquered.
यीशु मसीह की क्रूस पर दुष्ट शक्तियों के ऊपर विजय को दर्शाता है। यह आयत बताती है कि मसीह ने शासकों और अधिकारियों (दुष्ट आत्मिक शक्तियों) को निहत्था करके क्रूस पर उनके ऊपर विजय पाई और उनका तमाशा बनाया।
यीशु ने क्रूस के द्वारा आध्यात्मिक शासकों और अधिकारियों को साधन विहीन (निहत्था) कर दिया।
उसने उनका सार्वजनिक रूप से उपहास किया और उन्हें हारा हुआ दिखाया।शक्ति का अंत: मसीह ने क्रूस पर अपनी मृत्यु के द्वारा शैतानी शक्तियों पर विजय प्राप्त की।
