Now the sons of Eli were sons of Belial; they knew not the LORD.
1 Samuel 2:12

Praise the Lord: By the time the boy Samuel weaned and ready to serve the Lord to replace Eli and his wicked sons, the Lord began to reveal their wickedness and judgements to come upon them. Paul says, "And what concord has Christ with Belial? or what part has he that believes with an infidel?2 Corinthians 6:15. That's not how we serve the Lord but in all holiness and godliness like Samuel!
