"गुरुद्वारा रकाबगंज साहिब की बलिदानी गाथा"

गुरुद्वारा रकाबगंज साहिब, दिल्ली के दिल में बसा एक ऐतिहासिक और पवित्र स्थल है। इसका इतिहास जुड़ा है सिखों के नौवें गुरु, श्री गुरु तेग बहादुर जी के बलिदान से। 1675 में, मुगल बादशाह औरंगजेब ने गुरु जी को इस्लाम धर्म अपनाने का दबाव डाला, पर गुरु तेग बहादुर जी ने धर्म और मानवता की रक्षा के लिए अपना जीवन बलिदान कर दिया। उन्हें चांदनी चौक, दिल्ली में शहीद किया गया।

गुरुजी के अनुयायी भाई लाखी शाह वंजारा, जो एक निस्वार्थ सेवक थे, ने गुरुजी के सिर और धड़ को बड़ी सावधानी से मुगल सेना से बचाकर लाया। उन्होंने अपने घर में गुरुजी का अंतिम संस्कार करने का साहसिक निर्णय लिया। उस समय मुगलों से बचने के लिए, लाखी शाह ने अपने घर को ही आग के हवाले कर दिया, ताकि उस आग की आड़ में गुरुजी की अंतिम अरदास और संस्कार पूरा किया जा सके।

जहाँ यह पवित्र संस्कार हुआ, वहीं आज गुरुद्वारा रकाबगंज साहिब स्थित है। यह गुरुद्वारा सिर्फ एक धार्मिक स्थल ही नहीं, बल्कि गुरु तेग बहादुर जी की अद्वितीय शहादत और भाई लाखी शाह वंजारा की भक्ति और साहस की निशानी है।

यह गुरुद्वारा हमें याद दिलाता है कि धर्म और मानवता की रक्षा के लिए गुरु साहिबान ने अपना सर्वस्व न्योछावर किया, और सिख इतिहास में यह स्थान हमेशा आदर और श्रद्धा का केंद्र रहेगा।
