༄༅། །ལྷ་མིའི་རྣམ་འདྲེན་སྤྱི་ནོར་༸གོང་ས་༸སྐྱབས་མགོན་༸རྒྱལ་བའི་དབང་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་ཅིང་གཟིགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་ལ་འདི་ག་ཁྲི་ཟུར་བླ་བྲང་དང་རི་རྫོང་དགའ་ལྡན་འཕེལ་རྒྱས་གླིང་དང་ལྡུམ་ར་བསམ་གཏན་གླིང་འདུས་སྤྱི་ནས། དགའ་ལྡན་ཁྲི་ཐོག་བརྒྱ་དང་གཉིས་པ་རི་རྫོང་སྲས་སྤྲུལ་རྗེ་བཙུན་ཐུབ་བསྟན་ཉི་མ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མཆོག་ཞི་བར་གཤེགས་པར་སླར་ཡང་གང་གི་ཡང་སྤྲུལ་ཕེབས་མིན་དང་། ཕེབས་ན་ཕྱོགས་གང་དུ་ཕེབས་ངོ་ཡོད་མེད་བཅས་ཐུགས་དམ་བརྟག་ཞུ་ཕུལ་བ་ལྟར། ཕྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༢༣ ཟླ་ ༦ ཚེས་ ༢༤ ཉིན་འཁོད་བཀའ་ཡི་ཕེབས་སྒོར། ཡང་སྤྲུལ་ཡོད་ངོ་དང་དེ་ཡང་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་སྦེལ་ཀོབ་གཞིས་ཁོངས་སུ་ཡོད་ངོ་ཤར་བས་ཁྱེའུ་རྟགས་མཚན་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་མྱང་རྩད་བྱེད་དགོས་སྐོར་བཀའ་བཟང་སྤྱི་བོའི་རྒྱན་དུ་སྩལ་བ་ནི་རྨ་བྱས་འབྲུག་སྒྲ་ཐོས་པ་ལྟར་གྱུར། ལོ་ངོ་གསུམ་ཙམ་རིང་སྔ་ཕྱིར་མྱང་ཞིབ་རྩད་གཅོད་ལེགས་པར་ཞུས་ནས་སླར་ཡང་སྤྱི་ནོར་༸གོང་ས་༸སྐྱབས་མགོན་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་གི་སྤྱན་སྔར་འོས་སྤྲུལ་གྱི་མཚན་གཞུང་དང་ཐུགས་དམ་བརྟག་ཞུ་བཅས་ཕུལ་བར། ཕྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༢༦ ཟླ་ ༣ ཚེས་ ༣༠ ཉིན་འཁོད་ཐུགས་དམ་ཕྱག་རྟགས་ཕེབས་གསལ། མིང་ཐོ་གསུམ་པ་ཁྱེའུ་བསྟན་འཛིན་ལེགས་སྨོན་ཞི་བར་གཤེགས་པ་སྐྱབས་རྗེ་རི་རྫོང་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཡང་སྲིད་དུ་ངོས་འཛིན་བགྱིས་ན་བཟང་ངོ་ཤར། ཡང་སྲིད་ཉིད་ནས་དམིགས་བརྩེ་མ་རྒྱུན་གསོག་བྱོས། ཞེས་ཁྱེའུ་བསྟན་འཛིན་ལེགས་སྨོན་སྐྱབས་རྗེ་རི་རྫོང་སྲས་སྤྲུལ་ཐུབ་བསྟན་ཉི་མ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཡང་སྲིད་དུ་ངོས་འཛིན་བཀའ་ཡིག་ཕྱག་ཐམ་མ་བཅས་སྩལ་བར། ཁྲི་ཟུར་བླ་བྲང་དང་རི་རྫོང་དགའ་ལྡན་འཕེལ་རྒྱས་གླིང་ལྡུམ་ར་བསམ་གཏན་གླིང་འདུས་སྤྱི་ནས། ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་སྦེལ་ཀོབ་གཞིས་ཆགས་སུ་ཡང་སྲིད་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་དང་བཅས་པར་༸གོང་ས་༸རྒྱལ་དབང་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་བཀའ་ཡིག་ཕྱག་རྟགས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་འབུལ་ལམ་ཞུས་པ་དང་སྦྲགས། སྔ་ཕྱིའི་བརྒྱུད་རིམ་སྙན་སྒྲོན་དང་། རྟེན་འབྱུང་ལེགས་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་བརྒྱ་དབྱེ་བའི་སླད་མདོ་ལུགས་གནས་བཅུའི་ཆོ་གའི་སྒོ་ནས་མཎྜལ་རྟེན་གསུམ་འདེགས་འབུལ་ཞུས་ཤིང་། ཡང་སྲིད་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་སྐུའི་གསང་གསུམ་ལ་འགལ་རྐྱེན་གྱི་ཆ་ཕྲ་མོ་ཙམ་མ་བཞེས་པར། རྒྱལ་བསྟན་སྤྱི་དང་བྱེ་བྲག་ཡབ་གཅིག་རྒྱལ་བ་གཉིས་པའི་རིང་ལུགས་འཛིན་པ་ལ་གོང་མའི་རྣམ་ཐར་བདག་གིར་སྐྱོང་བའི་སྐྱབས་འཇུག་དང་གསོལ་འདེབས་སྨོན་ལམ་བཅས་ཞུས།
Rizong Gaden Thrizur Labrang, Rizong Galdan Phelgyasling Monastery and Samstanling Monastery respectfully announce to the faithful devotees and the general public that, following the passing of the late 102nd Ganden Thripa, Kyabje Rizong Srastrul Jetsun Thubstan Nyima Rinpoche, a humble request was submitted to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama for guidance regarding the continuation of His Eminence's reincarnation lineage.
Accordingly, a request was made to His Holiness to determine, through his divine wisdom, whether the reincarnation of the late Rizong Rinpoche would manifest and, if so, in which direction the search should be undertaken.
In response, as per the sacred pronouncement granted by His Holiness on 24 June 2023, the indications revealed that the reincarnation would indeed appear and that the search should be conducted in the Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement, Karnataka, India.
Following this precious guidance, both monasteries carried out careful and extensive investigations over a period of three years. After completing the search process, a list of suitable candidates was respectfully submitted to His Holiness for final divine confirmation.
On 30 March 2026, His Holiness the Dalai Lama graciously bestowed his sacred decree, confirming that the third candidate, the child Stanzin Leksmon, is the authentic reincarnation of Kyabje Rizong Rinpoche. His Holiness further advised that the young reincarnation should regularly recite the sacred Migtsema prayer.
In accordance with the divine decree, representatives of Rizong Galdan Phelgyasling Monastery and Samstanling Monastery visited the family of the recognized reincarnation in Bylakuppe and formally presented them with the sacred decree and seal granted by His Holiness. The entire process of recognition was also respectfully shared with the family.
To mark this most auspicious occasion, a Mandala Offering was performed according to the Naschu Sutra tradition, accompanied by prayers and aspirations for the young reincarnation to remain free from all obstacles affecting his body, speech, and mind; to uphold and propagate the precious teachings of the Buddha; and to continue the immaculate lineage of the Second Buddha, Je Tsongkhapa, for the benefit of all sentient beings.
